I've stopped dying my hair about a year ago and I'm trying to grow it out. I've been cutting the color off bit by bit and even tho it's still the same length it was when i started it's now almost completely my natural color. Your videos help me continue to stay inspired so thank you! Although it's still hard to be patient sometimes bc I'm dying for it to be hip length already 😮‍💨 any advice?

It's the same thing. Keeping your ends tucked and put away or low maintenance, where you don't have to touch your hair every day. It's protecting even if only for 2 days.😍

Hiiiii you have beautiful hair. Hair should be moistened and oiled (or leave in conditioner) before brushing from the bottom up. Also a bun is not very protective style since it does pull at the front hairline. Braids Super protective. 🤗

Thank you 🖤 My hair had been in a braid all day so I had no knots, that’s why I didn’t start from the bottom. I also prefer buns because they protect my ends more than braids and I don’t do them tight enough to put pressure on my scalp. This is also what worked for me when my hair was longer. I will definitely try using my leave ins before brushing next time!
