I love that you do a dream journal! I used to and I may get back into it. I find kava tea would make me have super vivid dreams. I also love that you set your intentions for the night with herbs. Absolutely love the vlog, btw I haven’t tried this yet but a brand called 'honeycombs' makes a vitamin b complex, it does have two extra ingredients though (glycerin & water.) :))

Hi Anna I have naturally curly hair, 4a. And I just wanted to know how I can stop single strand knots and split ends when I’m trying to retain healthy hair and stop it from knitting and breaking, I’m going to cut my hair since it is severely damaged by split ends but I want to make sure it doesn’t happen again
