This video was shot at an event. We had not seen the pedal prior to shooting the video and had no access to the manual. A bunch of videos were shot the same morning in the same setup by other channels. Don’t worry if some small things aren’t accurate - this was out of our control. We’re learning it as we go. Have fun, use your ears and stop taking the internet so serious ❤️✌️

You should've read the instructions first. You maxed the drive on the overdrive instead of the level.

TS overdrive was maxed the whole video... And the cab when the light was green was not the white 75 but the Brown JB (one of the extra cabs you get when you register the pedal), and then they're speaking about not knowing what the speaker on your cab is... Please guys, take this as a positive comment, but, explore the devices you're testing before shooting and uploading a video, you're sharing wrong info, and this is giving a non very professional impression (and I really respect you both!!)

Thanks for the comment. This video was shot at an event last week and neither of us had seen the pedal before shooting. It was set up so that the channels that shot at the event all walked in and experienced it as it was. We weren’t given any information or anything prior to shooting. Apologies if we said some things wrong but the first time we touched this pedal was while cameras were rolling.

I had bought this guitar twice due to a stressful time with Thomann. So I bought it again In my home town and to a Luthier also after 3 months. This is a class guitar . Very nice. Harley Benton’s new version of this is no way the same as.

Great tone and playing… but you mixed up the voicings on the clean channel. When the LED is lit, it’s on the British voice. When it’s unlit, it’s on the American voice.

I have seen somewhere the p90 version of SC III Custom, for me that would be the go for but like you said it is for modern players, I am more ambient, classic rock etc guy. But I have just bought a HB SC 450 P90GT and it is fun to play.

If anyone's watching this and undecided, I can say with confidence "Just get one. You won't be sorry". I bought this exact model and loved it, so later on I bought the same again in the beautiful "Walnut Stain" colour, which is really more Wine Red. Honestly, it really wants for nothing. The only thing I've had to do on both of mine is to re-align the tuners so they're all straight. Just a simple matter of plugging and re-drilling a few screw holes. Now it's spot on. It's very easy to play, and the laurel board feels a lot like a maple neck. It's very quick if you want it to be. The sound is classic Gretsch and I have no intention of changing any of the electronics. Absolute bargains for the price. The only minor downside is of you want a hard case, you really don't have much option other than buying the Gretsch one, but it's worth it.

I bbought a used ID Core stereo 40 a few years ago. I don't really need the newer features since i just play at home and dont stream of anything like that I can go stealth with a good pair of headphones or total all out gonzo by plugging into the CD input from the headfnone jack with a 1/8" stereo jack at the amp to twin RCA'a into the surround receiver for a full deep bass from the subwoofer and the clear full range from the rest of the surround speakers. or soon as they are built a pair of tower cabs that will most likely be 4X10" with small amp boards for even more power. using a single to twin stereo 1'8 in jacks from amp to cabs. I like it loud and proud. I am a child of the 60's ans 70's. more louder is more better... LOL Wanna Play?? the custom Strat I built has 3 quad rail/coil humbuckers wired like a 50's Les Paul with coil splitting and the bridge tone also a P/P to activate the bridge and neck P/Ups together regardless of any other controls. and yes that measn 3 humbuckers,3 volume and 3 tone pots sporting chrome knobs and a chrome switch tip on the Fender 5-way blade selector switch. i used .047 oranfe drop tone caps and very light gage wires in the citcuit to save room in the already cramped control cavity. and as the P/ups only make a very small outpur current in the Millivolts. why do we need larger wire anyway. the traditional 18-22 gage was just what they had available back when they started building solid body guitsrs the wood was what they could easily get as with all the otyher "traditional parts and hardware they used back then. so I updated it all and added a lot besides. I designed it to my liking with all the grar i wanted and the way i wanted it to end up. total upgraded and custom paint and a Brushed Stainless steel pick guard for shiny and cool looking on the black and dark blue based stars ans planets paint job. naming it the "Stellarcaster" .. Wanna Play??

Good beginner lessons! Have you got anything for more advanced players who can follow you in real time, sans explaining? Kinda like you do at the end of each example, where you play while the chord is shown? I’m asking for myself, heehee. That’s because I play by ear well enough to catch ( and play) most everything on a recording before it’s done. But! I might interpolate it wrong with a wrong improvisation. Like the “add,” “aug,” etc chord embellishments. Regardless, you’re doing something really good!

I think Leigh meant to say less than 30lbs, not 30Kg. There's nothing attractive about lifting a 30Kg amp. Sorry about the knit picking. Leigh is a great guitarist and makes great content. If you're having trouble deciding between the 6L6 version or the EL34 version, watch Leigh's video wear he compares them using the plugin.

Oh geez...really negligible result. Live no one will notice and maybe studio mixed it would be noticeable. I think this mod is more noticeable in a full size humbucker since true filtertrons are fairly low output and sparkly anyway. GFS fake'trons prob sound good with this mod.

This or the Shergold?
@LeighFugeGuitar
@LeighFugeGuitar 7 күн бұрын
They’re both very different guitars. Plus I guess it depends which Shergold you’re referring to. I have one of each Shergold model and they all have quite unique features that make them good for different things. The Revstar is also super dependable. I tour it a lot because it’s reliable, and very consistent with tunings.

Ive been teaching myself for a year now. I chose songs which i knew lyrically and could work toward the rythym and then add finger picking. So I have those plus i add new ones to challenge and grow my skills while also adding Theory and using patterns to find all the notes on the fretboard. My first four gotos are: 1) Against the Wind - Bob Seger 2) Save Tonight - Buckeye Cherry 3) Let it Be - Beatles 4) Come On Get Higher - Matt Nathanson
