I would vomit if I had to deal with this woman every day

This is what I've noticed the most from watching Asi. Especially during card selections. In contrast to Danny DaOrtiz who stated he always has a plan and never improvises, even though he makes it appear so. Yet they appear to share some similarities in methods.

Diffused and also confused my 7 and 5 year olds like what the hell are you on dad? 😂 They aren’t used to me talking to them like that.

Unfortunately the test he’s doing has too much variability and therefore not a reliable measure. Also note, despite his well-meaning ways to offer free advice, he is not a practitioner. He’s a scientist who speaks from reading papers. If you really want to change your breathing for your life, be cautious of “free” information…..it often is well-meaning but incredibly misguided. Seek good guidance from someone who has worked with lots of people in their lane of experience…..not this guy.

I was high end.. clean and sober 34 years.. been concerned with health and fitness all this time. 65 .. still running hills and training muay thai outdoors 95 degrees.. Not too worried about my breathing.. Thanks for the explanation..

Is it even possible to split breathing in 4 equal timed phases? And what's the use of that? Feels very unatural.

I do the same with my high school students. I just say nothing when they are rude to me because I don't want to give them the power to have control over my emotions. When they are calm, then I talk about it.

@@FutureAbe really lmao, let me guess, you probably think stubbing your toe and crying like an infant is showing you can express emotions, wearing female hair trinkets is conceding not exhibiting confidence.

Naps are good if they add to your regular sleep. They are bad, or at best neutral, if they just move your regular sleep around.

This is a clip of an interview on the Huberman Lab podcast. He's talking to Dr. Andrew Huberman. I'm guessing this clip was edited so you can just get the big takeaway without the nuances of the interview.
