When you talked about the Ukraine and Russia conflict, you mentioned that even if Ukraine lost in a direct fight, they would continue to fight in other ways. However, you didn't make that point when discussing the case of Palestine, and you tried to compare the two as if they were equally matched forces, even though Israel has much greater power than Palestine right now. It's very clear that you're taking a side and choosing what to highlight rather than presenting the full truth. That's expected, given your ties to the American military. The reality is that the situation in Palestine is more similar to other conflicts involving America, where people are willing to sacrifice a great deal for their land, no matter how long it takes or how many lives are lost. Anyone can see that Palestine is part of the Arab world, surrounded by Arab countries, and this is why Israelis don't want to examine their own DNA I also believe that the solution is clear: no one will respect you if you don't have power. @@emirmorca5751 Ideally, no country should have nuclear weapons, but that's not the reality we live in. Power is what deters threats. Its easy to say and believe what you are proposing because you personally have not fought in war, particularly with Palestinians. I spent 3.5 years in Iraq. Was is terrible and it should be the last choice. Those who advocate for war should also be forced to fight it or support it at some personal cost. This would force people to find an alternative to war or if not, then they at least are going to have to fight in it. People are too divorced from the costs of war because we do not conscript people to fight in them. We rely on a small percentage of people to fight.

What Jocko isn't realising, is that Crimea is 95% Russian, Donbas is 60% Russian. These people predominantly identified as Russian before the war. Most non-Russian people have now left. Also, the Ukrainians know that their leaders are corrupt, and are using them for cannon fodder... and the citizens are rebelling and don't want to sacrifice anymore Ukranian blood. Totally agree. He'd do well to read some Mearsheimer and Jeff Sachs on this issue. Jocko seems to me to be very misguided on this topic. “He who knows only his own side of the case knows little of that. His reasons may be good, and no one may have been able to refute them. But if he is equally unable to refute the reasons on the opposite side, if he does not so much as know what they are, he has no ground for preferring either opinion... Nor is it enough that he should hear the opinions of adversaries from his own teachers, presented as they state them, and accompanied by what they offer as refutations. He must be able to hear them from persons who actually believe them...he must know them in their most plausible and persuasive form.” ― John Stuart Mill, On Liberty

No. They would treat him as an intel asset. Excellent intel is how Mossad executed the pager strike.
The powers that be would never allow a guerrilla war even if it meant winning. 1) guerrilla warfare doesn’t require billions of dollars in contracts for high tech equipment, 2) guerrilla warfare would be far more shocking and bloody and lengthy than the west can stomach, and 3) guerrilla warfare means empowering soldiers, many of whom are/were civilians, with extremely valuable combat experience that could be used for future revolutions and insurgencies…and the powers that be want fewer military trained and experienced men not more.

About the Ukranian/Russian conflict. Why does no one talk about before Russia entered the conflict? For 6 years it was a civil war, Ukrainians vs. Ukrainians (Russian decent). So... in the beginning, they were both fighting for their homeland. Not similar to Vietnam, in any way. People really need to research information that they receive. Always ask yourself, why are people trying to force an opinion and shape knowledge. Especially when they never answer this basic question, "How did we get here? "What things lead up to this outcome?" Jocko is either not knowledgeable or he is lying. Neither of those are worth anyone's time nor audience.

My opinion it is being done by design in the near future long range missles be sent to Ukraine, Russia will set off a tactical nuke and say I warned you n korea, China other enemies of the west will make their moves and ww3 will happen. The whole world economy will crash by design. The great reset will be the end of the old world order and the rise of the new world order.

My ex-husband is an active duty Navy seal. I get they do pretty cool things, but I have lost all respect for those men, knowing them personally and being involved in their community culture. I know all of them are not bad, but the amount of them that cheat, use drugs, alcohol, abuse their wives, is insane.my ex-husband was all of those things except he didn’t use drugs. Being married to one pretty much ruined my life besides having my daughter. They tend to have a lot of childhood trauma, which has made them into some sort of machine. They are really good for our military, but not so much a family life.

Most assumptions made before asking most questions weren't just fictional, they conveyed an inaccurate description of current events.

This conflict is already being fought like a World War, and Zelensky's not in charge: he's merely an actor who betrayed his people on behalf of the US. That's why this is conventional warfare and not guerilla.

The Donbass is home to ethnic Russians so that is why the Russian people have the will to defend it from the Kiev regime that has been shelling it since 2014.

This is why every country should have its own nuclear weapons, and all Arab countries should take that seriously. It's the only way to ensure real protection and deterrence in today's world.

Corrupt leadership in Ukraine, heavily pressured by EU, UK, USA, NATO etc it must be said, could have prevented bloodshed, ended it early by giving Russia security guarantees meaning sign documents that they'll remain neutral, not join NATO, not install NATO missile systems etc. After 30 years of Russia using words they switched over to violence to get their security concerns addressed. Last time they used words was december 2021. The draft treaty which was dismissed. Nato arming and training of Ukraine continued. Terrorizing of Donbass region by Ukrainian gov continued. Seems like Russia saw a confrontation as inevitable and decided to throw the first punch.
