Guy shouldn't be allowed to work as a police officer, pulling and detaining someone under the misuse of drugs act then changing his story when other officers turned up. Police Scotland is a joke and it's not fit for purpose.

That PCSO on the buke will make a great copper one day. She hasn't got a clue about the law, She has a terrible attitude and acts like a little child. All the qualifications you need.

@@PINACI just hoped after a year, (1st viewed this series a year ago), something may have developed / changed with this case. If i had missed anything, i wouldn't be surprised because Y.T. are not good at forwarding stuff to subscribers. So nothing came of this disgraceful abuse of power ?, i suppose as the people we just have to accept it, that really pisse** me off, best not say that i'll get put in you tube jail.

@@badlarry172 Well, My solicitor chickened out just before it went to trial because he was responsible for the fees. I believe that the police Barristers told him that they would take it all the way which could cost him £10,000+ in fees if he lost so the only deal I was left with was to "drop hand" and walk away which means that both side forget about it and pay their own costs so far. One positive thing to come out of it though is that the Portland police station no longer prevent people recording it !!

@@PINACI yes, i knew that the result a year ago was a negative one, i was being lazy, i was just asking any subscribers if there had been any positive updates on your case. With my comment, i was hopefully trying to discover a positive result that i may have missed, ......thanks for confirming that there was no such thing. It's a very sad state of affairs. This shit show should have been national news, with all your content shown nationally. If some kid would have been "misgendered" on twitter the "news at ten" would have been all over the story.......but there you go 🤯, i just can't imagine the injustice you must have felt at that time.

My response would be, “I can’t understand why you can’t understand why I won’t give my details to an institution that has proven itself not to be capable of keeping them secure”. One of the single biggest reasons for disciplinary action within the police force, is misuse of the database.
