I'd wholly agree that this list is just the tip of the iceberg. Consider the tiers below this: 1) those that offended, but kept their jobs, 2) those that are guilty, but the disciplinary panel didn't quite have enough evidence or supported them, 3) those that offended, but it was "dealt with" locally, 4) those that their colleagues covered up their wrong doing for, 5) those that conveniently retired or quit to avoid scrutiny, 6) those that haven't been reported or caught yet, and 7) those that offend, but it's allowed by force policy or training. And, apparently, we need more of them FFS!
