Love to hear that engine scream. My MT-09 pulls and sounds great but it doesn’t howl like a midrange 4. I’m actually considering “downgrading” to the 650R, it’s refreshing to see a sports bike that’s actually usable. Years ago I had a GSX-R 600 (2003), it was a real pocket rocket (180kg wet with 115bhp 😜) but my back seriously can’t deal with those clip on bars now. 😢

Is there much option for panniers? Honda themselves only do a small capacity bag on the rear “seat” and SHAD only do soft luggage? It would be nice if you could fix some hard panniers to this baby. I really love the bike’s appearance and its power you can fully utilise unlike the 1000cc plus bikes of today which break all the speed limits in first or second gear lol.

This is just one guys opinion, but I don't think you need to strive towards making videos about upgrades, or try to figure out what you're going to talk about in your rides. Don't get me wrong it's interesting to hear you talk about different subjects, but what I find to be really appealing is just the ride itself. It's kinda like John Carmack said about video games "Story in a game is like a story in a porn movie. It's expected to be there, but it's not that important" not to devalue the subjects you're talking about, but seeing you out there riding around and just talking about whatever (or not even talking) is pretty great all on its own. I guess if you take anything away from this; don't stress about making a video on X, Y or Z you'll get around to it once the time for that comes around. Keep up the great work my dude

Some thoughts on the tips presented: 1) Absolutely ride at your own pace. Most dangerous to get excited and attempt to follow others, either that one guy or a whole pack on an evening group ride. Very dangerous! 2) Braking. Engine braking is ok for slowing down as except for the biggest single cylinder two strokes, most engines tolerate these pressures well. I say tolerate since engines are not designed to slow the bike, the brakes are. Always polish your braking skills, rear and front technique. And in city riding, please at least dab that rear brake so others know that you're slowing/stopping - people these days need a bright red light in their faces to know what's going on above their phones. 3) Tire pressure - very important: a slight drop gives better grip if you're not constantly taking a passenger. However the MotoGP comparison while I get it is intentionally extreme to make a point, is a very different strategy - running a completely different sticky compound and trying to raise to super high temperatures needs lower pressures to begin with. but they're also on a very narrow usable margin and this strategy is not applicable to street. As much as power-sliding is to turn the bike. 4) Of course lube that chain and in general keep that bike spotlessly clean!

hey bro, how are you.... your follower from India here.... Just had an advice or request, I always felt that the rear end of CBR650R is quite low + rake angle is not asibe at all, so to increase the rear height and lower the rake angle, i found a suspension linkage, it will solve both problems or conditions. Try it on your bike. EDIT: Try meditation 🧘

Suzuki is the better bike. But CBR 650r is better build quality. But not has much fun compared to the the 8r. The chassis on the 8r is fantastic it lean's into the corners so we'll and it as a lot more torque than the CBR. But the CBR as the top end
