I work in a spa and have been a nail tech for 42 yrs. I tell people all the time to keep heels and dry skin on the foot to put auqapor or jelly and put socks on after I have sanded the dry skin during pedi. Most don’t do it but sometimes they will and tell me it really works.

I use a water flosser at the suggestion of my dentist and it was a game changer. That and the electric toothbrush have prevented cavities and maintained the health of my gums, whereas previously I was always having issues with cavities. There is really no need to floss on top of the water pick. I do sometimes or if I’m traveling, but the water flosser is amazing.

I agree with the Vaseline and socks. I had such a painful crack on my heel. I also use 60% urea with the Vaseline over it. With my facial skin I'll use my moisturizers and always lock it in with Vaseline. It is fantastic.

Water flushers are awesome! 👍👍👍 Definitely in conjunction with flossing. Not a replacement but definitely worth it for me, it stimulates the gums just makes everything so much healthier.

I’ve always used both water pik / flossed and I hand floss always twice a day both. After breakfast and when I go to bed. Sometimes after lunch not always though. I have strong gums.

I agree, that Cicaplast gel is da bomb! I only recently discovered your channel (like a month-month and a half ago) and have developed a skin care routine. My old routine was just put some aloe on at night, that's it. But I had those little white bumps all along both sides of my face, and they had to go. I have discovered so many products based on your recommendations, all affordable too! My problem now is that I want too try too many moisturizers...LOL. That Goldbond retinol lotion though, OMG> my husband calls me butter legs! I too love moisturizing my whole body, it just feels so good. I do the Cera ve foot slugging with a sock on once a week, as well as on my hands but with cotton gloves and what a difference! I have Sjogren's syndrome, so moisturizing my whole body is a must, otherwise I am a dry as a desert. So thanks for all your recommendations, and keep em coming!!!

Thank goodness I'm not the only one to slathers petroleum jelly on with a trowel! Since menopause, my skin, nails, hair are SO dry. But let me tell you, Kerasal, Cetaphil with 20 % Urea and petrolatum slathering have saved my poor feet. They are back to being baby soft.

Chère Dr Dray, please do a video about red, itchy outside corner of the eye/eyelid. Ive been dealing with that for a few month ( entering peri ménopause!) i switched to the bioderma eye intensive to help, i dont know what to do about it ive tried vaseline at night, it doesn't sting anymore but its always red, and if i skip a day of applying vaseline omg... When tears come out at night for example.... It burns like crazy and i have to get up, rinse and apply! Thank you, sending love from france ❤

I can't use niacinamide lotions or cream on my face, which is sensitive due to Rosacea problem. So, I use Vanicream Moisturizing Cream before bed and again in the morning. My face is so much better! Rosacea is gone!

Either. Urea is good to penetrate through dry crust. Petroleum is good to seal in moisture and hydration. Look for both. Maybe gold bond?

That cicaplast gel is awesome as an eye cream. It didnt soothe my skin as the original balm did so I didnt know what to do with it and just mixed it with my moisturizer until I heard you mention using it as an eye cream in a previous video. Nothing worked well for me under makeup and this did the trick. It plumped and hydrated my undereye so well that even my concealer stopped creasing. I had been looking for a new concealer for weeks cause none of my usual ones were looking good on me! 😅

I love frugal hygiene care and have replaced vaseline that I have used for 40 years with castor oil to moisturize and it did wonders on healing the skin cancer scars. It also doesn't give me pimples like vaseline would on my face. I also use it when I am stinky as a personal trainer in my armpits :) Happy Saturday Dr. Dray and friends. @@priscilla7669 I am sorry if you too have been having issues. Did you get your mould levels checked? I shared a video on the soulcast ;) basically vitamin c and castor oil in the morning with sunscreen once absorbed. and then in the evening vitamin A with castor oil on top. I was doing vitamin A alone and then it ran out and is expensive so just did Vitamin C and castor oil at night. Vitamin A alone moved things along slower. What ever you insulate, I like to say with castor oil, it boots its power for the product before it. I hope that makes sense in print.
