I’m a chronic user myself and have experienced some of these symptoms. I’ll take a break entirely or cut back for a week and they seem to go away. I enjoy cannabis and the effects it has on me, but too much of anything can be bad obviously. Some people need to realize they overdo it. Some people also need to realize it’s a medicine. I believe anyone who doesn’t need to smoke will always encounter a bad reaction… but this is obviously just from my experience and what I’ve seen from my friends.

Saying adult media content instead of pornography is weird Why did weed cause those things for you? Maybe that was the issue and you're blaming the weed!

Perfectly describes what im going through with alcohol. I have to drink so much more just to feel a buzz, and by that point, I'm almost legally drunk. That's why I'm really considering trying Dry December.

Day 1 of quitting after 4 years of weed daily ( just thc carts the past year) and 1 year daily of having at least 1L of Beer. This is so overwhelming and im so glad I came across your channel cause binge watching your videos today have helped a lot. I will get out of this, I just have to take it day by day.

Thank you so much for this video! I finally have a name for it, as almost everything you mentioned, including panic attack, started to happen. I was hospitalized twice and all the results were good. Now I understand that I started to develop psychosis. Intuitively stopped using weed or alcohol about 2 months ago. I am still not 100% recovered, but doing so much better. I chose not to use the antidepressant that were prescribed to me as I felt like it was going to put me in another potentially stronger loop. Knowing that psychosis is a thing, explains so my about my behavior and emotions. People need to know they are not alone.Thabk you!

If all you do is chronically smoke all day everyday, like people do ciggs, and do enormous amounts and take dabs and eat edibles, then yea, youll probably end up with chs

I feel like he's talking about top shelf or something 😆 creep? Self control is just self control man you either strong or you weak

I just hit 48 hours nicotine free, and 7 days off THC and 7 days off AMC. I really cannot thank Dr Frank enough... its really hard to see your own laziness and lack of purpose when these substances quickly take away your drive to get things done and just be content with where you are. I'm still early, but I'm watching Addiction Mindset videos to keep me pushing and galvanize this mindset shift Dr Frank has inspired (and very quickly at that). Thank you so much :)

also just had a 2 hour nap on my couch... the nicotine withdrawals after 14-15 years are no joke. But I dont have access to quality nicotine in SEA, only street vendor vapes which could have tons of crazy chemicals in them.

All these shops buy bulk form single source distributors and put it in a jar with any ole label. Shit has chemicals sprayed all over it. I wouldn't let my enemies smoke that trap. Nuff Said

Do you still use caffeine? How long did it take for you to get through your withdrawals and get normalised where you could feel joy and excitement again and not be severely depressed?

Probably now around 3 to 4 weeks without smoking...why ive quit the one thing that made me happy...? Not because of weed but reality itself ...too absurd for me to under stand it! I dont need to work and live by renting out accomodations for students at copacabana....all too confortable! Maybe am trying to get out of this confortable zone!

I think you should get a whiteboard …..nicotine versus the natural high…the boost from doing alternative method….as you stated in your talk. It’s just that your long winded explanations lose people, me anyway 😅. Perhaps if you had a whiteboard and listed several ways to replace nicotine, as well as the body’s response to those “new habits,” you would get more views. I’ve been praying and searching to help my 82 year old mama quit the vaping. 🙏🏻

Depends how heavy your use is. I think it only takes months if you have more then like over 5 spliffs daily but its a bit different for everyone because metabolism etc.
