It's 130 in the afternoon, and I've gone seven hours without hitting my vape. That's the longest I've gone since I began four years ago. The first couple hours were rough, but then I started being productive, cleaning my basement out and I felt a lot better. One thing that helps is not to mope around too much. Force yourself to do something you've been putting off for a while and reap the reward.

Your channel should be on a trending list. The information that you provide is very reassuring for people that have doubt in their suspicions in regards to how they feel.

Great reminder. I'm 31 and have noticed a similar effect over the years. The last few years I've been struggling with perplexing migraines, sleep issues, some skin issues, and frequent fibromyalgia flares. It really does sneak up on you, and it really can be confusing. The worst part is that it's easy to go back to the poisoned well to parch your thirst, especially when you don't link cause and effect. You see the substances as the solution rather than the problem.

The body performs kinda like a boxing match It can take many, many punches and be fine...but they slowly stack up and we must be mindful of that fact. Thank you for your videos and content, i swear you help me with the quitting mindset more than I do myself sometimes You're a huge inspiration, big man I've been stuck on weed and nic for years and gone through the recovery cycle many times I moderate my caffeine and AMC exposure these days, just working off those last two after 5 years of chronic use becomes difficult. I've been using your tips and seeing huge progress that gives me hope that I can indeed break free and return to the version of myself i used to be. Much love to all❤ we can do this

Oh man, I've been there quite some times. Last time I made a mistake to just get one, because I hadn't smoked for almost a year, then I got another one the next day, and the next... Only after two years I finally got myself to quit again. That has been two weeks ago, still standing... 😅

Would you recommend cutting off cartridges and tapering to edibles? Been trying to lessen the oral fixation
@fefefefe569 күн бұрын
I'm no expert and I'm not saying this is a good solution but it worked for me eventually. Been using almost daily since about 2012 after trying this strategy on the 2nd try I kicked it. I forced myself to do 1 edible dose a day for about 1 week(with a dynavap i went through 1oz/3weeks), then finally quit everything 2 weeks ago. The comedown is over the period of 3+ hours so it gives me time to mentally prepare for sobriety.

Maybe it's because they don't want to encourage smoking at all why Google said smoking ones a year is not less bad or less risky

Whatever Google says i don't see how the hell smoking ones a year can not be less bad or less risky then smoking every day
