@@leduaracosta1569 I’m more so speaking of his style of video editing and how he captures things, it’s quite tranquil and pleasant to watch(his voice, the background music and just him as a person). When watching his videos “I” personally feel a sense of calmness even if it’s just for a few minutes. Obi has a calming nature about him which I love and watching his videos puts me in a peaceful place and helps me take my mind off of world/personal problems even if it’s just for a few moments…that’s bringing peace, no matter if it’s for one minute, one hour, one day or one year…it’s that simple for me.

I don’t have the honor of calling you a friend because I am just a senior woman in a distant land who became a regular follower of yours after you surfed up and caused me to discover KZbin. However, I want to say appreciate you and the pleasant vibe your videos bring to my Sunday mornings, Obi! About the running… you have a solid run plan going. Sometimes pushing for pace or distance can suck the joy and feasibility right out of that. If you feel this happening as you strive, please evaluate the “why“ behind your added goals against what it takes to get there. Is it overly exhausting? Is it causing injury? Has it quit feeling nurturing and meditative? The benefits of consistency and the joy found along the way are more important than stats. ❤

Hey Obi! Thank for sharing your experiences in Budapest with Archibald. There was so much too see...and the food looked good too. I think I drooling when I saw your plate at The New York Café. That place almost looked like the inside of the Cathedral here in New York. And the Parliament looks like a mini version of one of the Universities in Upstate NY. I know you only were there for 2 days, but I just loved the vibe there. I can't wait to see what you'll do next...see you in the next vlog. 👋😃

As a hungarian, I would advise to visit Budapest not in the summer. Budapest has changed to be a very hot city in the summer, these years. Come in the spring or in the autum

I was in Budapest for three days in April and it was hot even then. Even worse, my hotel did not run their AC in April. I liked the city itself alot.

People like Obi (real name David) and many others in the fitness industry are what give it a bad name. Yes, he has a great physique, and yes, he trains and diets hard, but he also takes steroids and other performance-enhancing drugs regularly. I don't think most people realise how much continued steroid use over the years can change your body. Most people hire him or watch him, thinking they can achieve the same results. They may not admit it, but that's the truth. As a natural bodybuilder and trainer with over 45 years of experience, I know for sure that this man has been taking steroids for at least a decade, if not longer. He uses regular steroid cycles, but he will never admit it because his money-making career would be over. He's as fake as they come, and it saddens me. I see many young people buying protein supplements and overweight middle-aged men hiring these fakes, hoping they can look like him. The truth is, they will never look like him unless they also take steroid cycles for about 5-10 years and train heavily. That's what this guy did. Everything about him is fake, even his name. It really upsets me.
