So nice everything you do and your total honesty. Your routines + form are amazing + your bod flawless. As a seasoned bodybuilder, you're accustomed to applying force to achieve results. However, swimming requires a paradigm shift. Instead of relying on brute strength, adopt a relaxed, almost languid approach. Embrace the weightlessness of water and let go of tension. Imagine slipping through the water with minimal resistance, allowing the liquid to support and carry you. Envision yourself as a slippery fish, effortlessly gliding through the currents.

I've been meaning to get more organized and that's one of the little things that I like about your videos. It's something that's been leaking into other aspects of my life, but on another note. Swimming? Very OP. I've been doing it for years on and off as a means of rehab and just insane cardio. I hope you stick with it and serves you well. Very rewarding.

My guy, your fitness routine versatility is SAVAGE! Oh, and I thought I heard West End Girls playing in the background on one of the last scenes. That was one of my fav Britpop jams from back in the day.

Suggestion: 💡 Consider buying books from your local bookshop! 📚 It really creates a meaningful connection with your community. There's something so special about sharing stories and experiences that can only be found in a cozy bookstore. ❤ While Amazon may have its perks for high-end products like electronics, books are more than just items-they're a way to connect with others. 🌍 Let's support our local shops and foster that sense of community! 🛍✨

i agree with this! bookshops really are my idea of heaven and ive found so many wonderful reads (and friends!) there :)

Just discovered a town near me has three bookshops - one second-hand/charity, that I didn't know about. I've been meaning to go take a look but haven't had the time recently. There is one caveat to what you say regarding Amazon and local bookshops. Some will use Amazon to source books if they can't find them for you.

lol I've done loads of swimming lessons there, as a fellow black guy who struggles with swimming I hope you make good progress

Bro, you will need to swim more than once a week to make progress. Even if you just go and spend time in the pool alone practicing basic techniques. I have been there and trust me it does get easier. A 30m swim will initially leave you out of breath but with increased frequency your swim fitness will increase. I’m about the same weight and height as you but i do endurance events, marathons , ultra marathons and bike events. The dream is to do an Ironman but I’m still working on the long swims. Keep at it, good luck..👊🏾
