They have changed our food. It isn't the same food. It has much more corn syrup and sugar and higher carbs. The crap that passes as food today is a joke. All processed foods now. I ate the sam amount as i did in the 70s and 80s and was a size 2 up until my mid 50s and being put in a wheelchair. I eat twice a day, that's it. I've never eaten 6 times a day. Or even 4 times a day. I disagree with the bland, same stuff all the time. It just makes you crave other foods. I am less likely to eat the bad stuff if i vary my food. I eat alot of raw, organic veggies and fruits, but i make them differently so i don't get tired of them and binge on garbage. I'd rather fill up on natural foods. Exercise makes you feel better and have more energy so you aren't sitting around all the time. I do well losing weight with exercise.

Your studies that utilized oatmeal they showed that you can lower somebody's need for insulin for up to 30 days. If not, totally eliminate it by using an oatmeal diet to essentially save their life. If insulin isn't available and or limited, I wish you would have used that in the video oatmeal instead of beans cuz unless you're born with a condition, it's probably diet related or lifestyle related😂 is the body adapting to the conditions? It's not that your body has a timer cuz the body doesn't work like that. It doesn't even think a minute into advance. It adapts to the conditions as it goes through it

Now the amylaces are produced by the gut bacteria. So if you drink vinegar at the same time that you eat a heavy carbohydrate meal, it keeps the bacteria and the yeast and stuff from being able to transform the food produced amylase to move the carbohydrate through the intestine. So you can basically neutralize the the body's ability to get out the carbohydrates and there are certain sections of the gut that do certain things. It's not like the whole system does everything. There's certain specialized sections so if you can just get it past that section which for carbohydrate reason would say that it's towards the beginning of the digestive tract because carbohydrate can ferment and thus distort the gut and your body wouldn't want that further down the line. It want to be able to optimize protein and then ultimately fat on how hard is it to break down. I mean there are studies I support this way of thinking

As it pertains to some resistance, why is the insulin made by the body not being utilized properly but if you inject insulin it works to lower your glucose?

Autophagy is a miracle cure for so many chronic problems. Which is why many in the "health care industry" do not recommend it. Just like a mechanic that wants your car broken so he can get paid to fix it most doctors wants you sick so they can fix you. Doctors make NOTHING from healthy patients and they have student loans to repay.

I personaly dont use it but i feel a little salt is ok for long term fasting but completely disagree with haveing coffie..coffie is acidic to the body and causes inflamation, the point of fasting to to rid your self of toxins inflamation and heal the gut so its counter productive especially when its your only intake...just stick to filterded water only.

I'm 63. Fast food restaurants were very rare in the 70s. No 7-11 or 24 hr convenient stores. All TV and radio signs off at 12 midnight. Now, fast food at every corner. Convenient store cater to you even at wee hours. Non stop internet and cable channels. Obesity skyrocketed !!

My sister used it, and she gained the weight back. ozempic is only good while you're using it because it doesn't teach you good habits because you are not hungry. Managing your hunger on a day-to-day basis is the key, and fasting helped me so much. I never thought I would decrease my appetite ever in life but by sticking mainly to meet vegetables, eggs and skipping breakfast most of the time, sometimes I don't even need two meals a day, when I keep putting the right things in my body. Your book was the key to the best health of my life at 43 and as a former athlete that is very big for me.

Love this...however if a person fasts and then goes for a long run, the body cannot convert fat fast enough to create energy. That is why runners hit the wall when glycogen is depleated.
