that mystery item is a barrel tap I found one at a 1816 house and it was use to open beer and whiskey out of a barrel from the 1800's.

I believe the worked stone is a scraper used for cleaning hides. At least that's what I've always heard them called. Definitely native though.

The cut silver is likely a Spanish coin maybe a 1/2 Reale cut in half. The "Skeleton key" I think is a Grandfather Clock key or A music Box key some type of mechanical key. The little buckles I think are to women's launderette or underwear like a garter. Happy Hunting!
