I tried inositol and I couldn’t stop bleeding/spitting on it unfortunately. Doctor put me on metformin for fertility and to manage weight and so far I’ve been feeling very good on it!

I'm not diabetic but my insulin has been crazy high with prolonged bleeding. i went to a gynae today and she prescribed metformin and tranexamic acid even though i told her of the horrible side effects and asked abt inositol and she conveniently forgot to mention all these benefits. sometimes I feel doctors put 100% in thr education and no time in patient communication.

I had gas and associated pain when starting inositol. I decided to take only the night dose for a while. So most of my gas was resolved by the time I woke up, although a few nights I did wake up from the gas pains. Within a week the gas issues had resolved and I started taking both doses without issue.

Thankyou for the well meaning video but i have some ideas from an opposing view point. 1. Its almost like youre saying theres no cure for being over weight because if you stop being on a diet you go back to being fat.. and thats kind of silly to think about in that way. Because no one tells a person who is now skinny and has kept the weight off for years that yes they lost weight but they are still fat....... and yes obviously if this person lost control again the fat will build up again. Thats just because all human bodys have different thresholds. One person may go through their whole life slowly developing inflamation in the body only to never have it manifested and another person may manifest inflamation quickly within the span of time they are alive. Some people have fast immune systems and others have slower. I think technically if all people lived forever we would ALL under the current conditions develop almost every disease in the book (but at different times). 2. PCOS is clearly triggered by foods we eat for majority of cases and it takes YEARS to develop. So it only makes sense it would take YEARS of reversal and smart food choices from good sources to heal your body. Alot of these "inflammatory " responses in our body are signs of long term abuse of xyz chemicals which over time cause many diseases in our body and autoimune diseases where Dr's will tell you no one knows the cause..................... all this to say im sure one can cure or reverse MANY illnesses with years of putting the right foods into your body but its so hard to come by truly natural products - thats probably why most can just see reductions but not a complete reversal. And lets not forget the time factor. If it took you 10 years to be 600 pounds it is only logical you will not be 100 pounds in 1 month of dieting. Its a process. It probably wont take as long to fix as it took to cause but it will take time non the less. So I want to give hope to all the people fighting diet related illnesses that perhaps you CAN. And your body in many cases can literally work MIRACLES with the right lifestyle choices. But yes, its not an easy fix. Especially when we are all being slowly poisoned to death with harmful chemicals in the water, food, products we put in and on our bodies, high doses of radiation etc.

I've tried all this and it hasn't worked. 8 went zero dairy, 20g carbs, gluten free, process free over a year ago, with exercise nothing has changed. I'm still so overweight. I'm so sad from it.

Totally unexpected, feeling how it all began to shrink and eventually disappear within 2 months was so liberating. I followed the steps I mentioned, and within the first 2 weeks the bloating was gone. I simply go'ogled Tilly Strankten's Ovarian Guide and it's like I hit the feel-good reset button lol.

@@maramoon66 choose a Berberine that is 500 mg. Take it 1-2 times per day. Every person is different. You can get higher doses, but I don’t really think you need higher doses. The one I currently take has milk thistle also in it. Milk thistle is great for the liver.
