Hi I have started with inositol after watching your video. It’s been 10 days since I started I have been struggling with pcos from last 10 years. I had few questions to ask so after starting inositol how long does it take to start the effect? Also I work out for 45-60 mins 5 days a week also during day I walk for about 45 mins. What sort of weight exercise are helpful with pcos?

Useful tip from my experience with dry eyes by taking orally Evening Primrose oil, Cod liver oil and Flaxseed oil helps drastically with my symptoms and I do not need to use eye drops every day all day long 🙂

I have brittle finger nails only, toenails are fine which is weird to me. I have dry eyes which I use refresh for and I struggle to hydrate hoping it will improve but the lenses are just so uncomfortable I switch to glassses sometimes. I've always had gum problems so I have to be good with dental health. I thought my bad breath was just dehydration and was always self conscious. I got mononucleosis a few years and had several tooth infections over a span of just a few months. I used to have chicken skin, it went away but I'm not sure when. I use to constantly scratch my arms because of it. Maybe when I started a whole food diet style that it went away? Off topic a normal PCOS symptom I don't have is hair loss. I have a ton of hair on my head.

I have chicken skin, but I never knew what it was called. I think I have had it since I was very young (pre-menstruating age). Could it still be linked?

What about vaginal thrush? Is it linked to pcos?
@Pcosdietsupport3 жыл бұрын
It can be linked to PCOS (insulin resistance and higher than normal blood sugars can cause recurrent yeast infections)

Totally unexpected, feeling how it all began to shrink and eventually disappear within 2 months was so liberating. I followed the steps I mentioned, and within the first 2 weeks the bloating was gone. I simply go'ogled Tilly Strankten's Ovarian Guide and it's like I hit the feel-good reset button lol.
