How come after putting new basket and fibers on i had to adjust the adjustment screw all the way out to get the clutch to work and i ran out of threads from running screw all the way out it still wants to stall in gear

I've just seen your video using JB weld there's know need for that today Aliminum rods with blow torch does a brilliant job just rough it up and where they are rusty temu sell a product that I've found to be very good at turning the rust to matt black for 10 dollars well worth getting think you will be surprised at what it does just knock of the chrome do it all matt black have a look on temu for rust converter

On my 2000 cr250 I use the ngk br9eix iridium plugs. Runs perfect and never had an issue with fowling plugs

Man I have an 05 yz 125 I believe because thats what the title says although I hear it should have 6 gears but only has 5 but does have the aluminum frame and all as that was the year it was changed. I know uve hear the yz125s have not so great low end torque but I feel its more than that after seeing many on video and my yz85 seem to even have more on the low end but the 125 has crazy mid to top end power. Ive added new reeds as I could see light through one side. Rebuilt the carb from the valve needle with new seat to new jet/slide needle, and pilot jet just to make sure these were not worn. I have everything at stock as far as I can tell as far as settings but still feels really slow off the take off without reving out 1st before take off. By the time you feel any real power its already ran through the top of that gear be it 1st, 2nd, or 3rd pretty much. It also has a new top end as far as I know and I also just maintenanced the power valve to make sure it was functioning properly. Im at a loss but maybe it is just the way this one runs although I cant help to feel it isnt. It doesnt have that crisp sound to it you hear with two strokes that are jetted correctly or as I said even stock. Ive got 3k into this bike I just bought and feel disappointed as well i do not feel there are mechanics i can trust where I live as there are only two to choose from. Any suggestions because I am at a loss? Maybe I should jet it lean or rich? Im in the middle of the clip on needle, float is level, and again all stock jetting. Idkes great and runs strong except that bottom power. It also seems to rev high and come down a little slow from rev.

Man i don't know about your kx.. but my kx 250 - 2005 absolutely rips at bottom end. I m barely touching the throttle and it wants to kill me. I also have a cr 250 1999 and its bottom end isn't that strong
