1. Allow yourself to take a break, it will keep your productivity up and prevent burnout. 2. Exercise 3. Have a balanced diet, eat nutritious food and stay hydrated. 4. Get enough sleep, typically 7-9 hours 5. Go outside occasionally and surround yourself in nature 6. Switch up your routine, do something differently, to give yourself something to look forward to 7. Write down your goals and aim for them 8. Start small and build up your productivity from there 9. This too shall pass, wait for the good times that will come!

An instant fix I've found is to clean. Your car, your room, the kitchen, etc, just find something and do a deep clean. It calms down your panic mode, gets you out of any stimulation manic episode, and gets your body moving.
@silentsnooc2 жыл бұрын
Absolutely true. The hard part isn't even the act of cleaning. It's the "getting up" which is the hard part. So, if that happens to you, break it down to the first tiny little thing that you can do. Like.. fill up the dishwasher or empty it. Don't think about cleaning the entire kitchen, just do the smallest thing that you can do - something that takes only a minute. Once you're in, you're in.
@MsCheesemonster13 Жыл бұрын
Yes; it does all that you say, AND has to be done anyway. If you are anxious, living in a mess seems to make it worse, I find. While I’m cleaning, I pull out anything I need for a particular task and keep it together in one spot, so when I eventually start tackling the job, I don’t have to use time and energy finding everything I will be using. Doing this means I actually feel that I’m one step closer to finishing it.
@WriteSign Жыл бұрын
Oh my GOSH I hate to clean SO MUCH! But sometimes it really does work to just let yourself get really manic about it... problem is if I don't get it totally "done" I'm angry at myself for not finishing and then sad it still looks so bad + I have so much to do still... it's a catch 22 situation at my house LOL

Your channel has taught me so many things that I can't even imagine. I'm a lazy guy who sits on a pc watching youtube and playing video games for the whole day. Little did I know how much I didn't know about why I was doing it. There is dopamine, laziness, will power, and so much more. Even if you think twice about it you can't counter how much you want dopamine, how lazy you are or anything like that. And if you do, it will feel awful. It depends on how you were made. Productivity is something VERY difficult for me, and sometimes I can't do these simples steps listed in your videos. Such as going outside for a walk since I'm stuck in my home. But when I grow up this is going to be a life changer. Thanks.

Your stuff is encouraging me again. I'm having a hard time right now-it's summer vacation and I'm afraid of ending up achieving nothing that's worth mentioning. There are some things I wanna achieve but I'm in my own way due to lack of energy and wrong habits. I have even kept a calender to keep track of new habits I wanted to stick with-but the corona crises got me too absorbed to stick with it. Now I can start all over again and it's frustrating me quite a bit. My girlfriend keeps telling me to stop putting myself under pressure-but I see no other way to get anything done at all! Looking at your vids rise my spirit, but now's the time for some little changes. Stay beautyful...

I'm a Systems Engineering student, you need to keep track of your goals, and say: "why you're doing all of this?" "What will go wrong if i don't take action now?" , "I'm strong but i need to get stronger, I'm smart but I need to be smarter, by the end of the day I'll achieve better results", Leave digital devices and delete uncessary apps from your phone, make a plan and execute it. It's your mind that telling you "we need to get a break, maybe we won't make it..etc" it's you vs your mind. Keep learning.

The best pursuit is for fulfillment and satisfaction, and that comes from pursuing a vision and being driven by a purpose that goes beyond yourself. If you enjoy ideas about mastery and masculinity, I invite you to explore the videos I share on the Mastery Order Channel. Challenge yourself with some concepts about manhood, explore your masculine potential to the maximum and become the kind of man you would admire.
