My take on Squidward cooking good patties for SpongeBob but not for anyone else is that he wants them to be good for his co-worker but doesn't care what quality of food the dreaded 'faceless' customers get (this is a mentality that I and most people I know that work fast food have). He probably mans the grill while Krabs charges the customers, with Krabs seldom manning the grill himself, possibly only under certain circumstances, or just to give Squid some time off the grill so as not to burn him out. As an additional fun fact, since they're each capable of doing both the registers and the grilling, at least to a certain extent, assuming they each have to take a half-hour-or-so lunch break some time during their shifts, they probably do so when it's "dead", going from charging customers to whipping up their patties in probably 20-30 seconds max since they aren't usually seen worrying about cleanliness or anything of the sort. It's definitely possible and even could be easy for them considering we do see periods of time where there are only a couple customers. Additionally, it's easy to assume that Krabs just covers Squid at the register when he's on his lunch break, then covers SpongeBob (if he even takes one), and when he has both staff, his break doesn't really present any issues unless he'd be needed for a chargeback or customer complaint, which bosses usually take care of even while on their lunches.

Many people often forget that Tom and Doug and Stephen came from Ricki’s Modern Life in the 90s which at that time was the KING of adult joke humor in kids shows. I’m sure Stephen took inspiration from that show when making his own.

Having worked in a restaurant that prepared food for the morning before; what we did was cook everything and refrigerate it, not freeze it. Note:most restaurants make the food the day of, usually per order. Walk in coolers have those metal plated looking walls. Krabs probably just warms up the patties when SpongeBob isn't there during peak hours. Maybe he even preps some in the morning on days SB isnt there. As @SumNormy pointed out, Squidward and Krabs both can cook, but seem to fall behind during peak hours.

Definitely Patrick. In various episodes e.g. Pizza delivery, Graveyard shift, etc. Squidward showed genuine concern and compassion towards Spongebob, but never even once did he display that kind of behavior towards Patrick, only annoyance. Hence, Squidward despises Patrick more, because he sees no good quality in him

Is it just me or did it seem like Karen had a thing for the dance instructor, I mean, she was starting at her alot and started to blush when she grabbed Karen to dance... Also find it interesting that plankton didn't mind it at all... They are probably into that, who knows, maybe their marriage was missing spice before and that's why they hated each other all the time, lately they seem to be a far nicer cupple, so maybe they just got freaky a lot and that helped....

It is a bit out of character, but I do like the thought of Mr. Krabs actually closing on Sundays. Plus, closing on Sundays is a big part of Chick-fil-A's brand. It's not unthinkable and if Sundays were often slow for whatever reason, being closed might actually save on costs.

I think Squidward is more tolerant of SpongeBob because although SpongeBob is annoying, he can at least learn from some of his actions. But he’s given up on Patrick because Patrick is unwilling to change and is very argumentative

Nobody. I worked at a restaurant where the (cheap) owner managed the restaurant while being the chef, then one cashier (me) and one cook. That’s it. If someone doesn’t make it in then the other two pick up the slack and fill in those responsibilities. Mr. Krabs is too cheap to have another employee on board.
