I do 30 pushups every half hour for a 10 hour shift. I started with just sets of 25 every hour and built my way up. My goal is this big rusty 40 pound weight i want to curl. I could barely lift it. Now i can curl it 2twice. Stay strong guys

If you're having trouble with preforming push-ups for any reason, try wall push-ups to start off. I'm disabled and was recommended this method by a physical therapist. It still works out those same muscles, just allowing you better access until you've gained the strength to take on floor push-ups. Keeping a walking aid or a chair nearby is a great way to stay safe when testing the waters as well. Don't be afraid to find ways to accommodate yourself. Exercise is for everyone. :)

This video is giving terrible advice. I lift 6 times a week at the moment, have never been stronger nor felt better. 45 minutes to an hour, hitting different groups each day is good for you.

Yeah you can do push ups. Start with your knees on the floor and push up. Then when you get stronger start doing regular push ups.

Half an hour of Yoga before bed instead of staring at a screen can make you fall asleep way faster and your sleep is deeper and more regenerating. For both body and mind.

If you cycle everyday using Egyptian pyramids' frame bike...you're continuously in bondage. All we need is Moses for his infamous Exodus towards the Promised Land of laidback road Recumbents' bicycle. UCI's mandate bikes may leads you to permanent injuries: • Wrist CTS syndrome • Shoulder weight pain • Neck pain • Camel-like spinal cord • Lowerback pain • Cozzyx or seatbone pain • Testicular/Prostate or Vaginal issues

To any experienced cyclists: I try biking around my neighborhood (lots of hills and inclines) for about 30min a day, every morning Will I notice any significant changes in my physical fitness even though I don’t bike for long distances?

not gonna lie , i’m indian but cycle daily , a good 10kms minimum, but the problems faced are heavy traffic and multiple accident prone zones , turns and twists , wishing i had such roads available i would have loved to go outside , but hate how people living there still choose to stay in their houses

I’ve been running like a fiend. I used to drive my car to the local park and run. I just bought a mountain bike and now, instead of driving to the park, I ride the mountain bike to the park and then run. I’m 49, went from 170 lbs to 150 lbs. 5 mile run is usually 7:50 ish pace. HRR is around 30. RHR is mid to high 40’s. Estimated V02 max is 58. Current goal is running 1 mile <6 minutes. Best shape ever!
