I do 75 push-ups, pull-ups, Squats, lunges, dips, rows, and either leg raises or ab roll wheels. Then do about 30-40 minutes of cardio everyday. Been about 6 months of this and feel great!!

I run every day indoors or outdoors depending on the weather. I do strength training twice a week. I don’t think it’s necessary to do it every day to give my body proper rest.

If your focus is bodybuilding then Your body needs rest. But If you want to be fit and strong like a Commando then do it 6 days a week with Martial Arts like Krav Maga, Jeet Kune Do, Silat etc.😊

Bench press, pull-ups and dips, farmers carry, sit-ups, ab crunches, ankle taps, roman twists..jog on treadmill for 5 mins.. I'm 50 this August 2024..

Like all exercises except for running, can't do that at home! I'll probably sub it with mountain climbers 🤭 🤣 😆

Yes! You can also run at home too, on a treadmill or run in place / run on the spot. I am not able to run outside every day. It will be affected by the weather, such as severe cold, rain, snow, and air pollution. I choose to run every day because it helps a lot with my health, heart and lungs, even from head to toe, and prevents diseases.

You can even do it 10 times a day, but should you - depends on purpose. But if muscles have not recovered since previous training - you will be able to do less this time which in turn will not give you much progress.

No you can't do push ups everyday You will end up with muscle imbalance and deformed body.
