I soak my feet in 2 cups apple cider vinegar with 2 cups of water for 20+ minutes. Use pumice stone to exfoliate, followed by slathering on coconut oil. Cover with cotton socks until absorbed. Repeat the next day if needed and as often as needed. The result is baby smooth heels and feet. The acv and the coconut oil both kill bacteria very effectively. It also sloughs off the excess skin around toenails. A loofah sponge works well for areas around toes. It's easy to do and very cheap!!!

I had some major cracks on my heels and big toes but i started to use castor oil on my feet and noticed the difference within weeks and after several months now and this has been a Major game changer for me!❤ this is a must try for anyone. I started to use it on my feet am and pm and after a couple weeks just in the morning before putting on socks and footwear👍 I used it even mixed with my lotion to my legs and Never had dry skin ever

Hello, I watched your recent video about vitamin water and would like to know if you have a video that discusses the synthetic form of vitamin B12 (Cyanocobalamin) that's found in many energy drinks. I recently found out that particular form of B12 contains cyanide! While in trace amounts that the liver eliminates, it's still a poison. It's manufactured because it's cheap and probably from overseas, but the fact that it's also in many OTC vitamins was a shock to me, and in B12 shots that some may need to take from doctor's orders. The B-Complex I started taking has Methylcobalimin from animal sources which I discovered is the best form, other than getting it from red meat, salmon, and liver. Thanks for all you do and the education you provide to us online to better our health.

Apple seeds contain amygdalin which breaks down into cyanide. You’d need to eat a few hundred crushed apple seeds for it to cause trouble.

Go for a paddle in the sea, the sand removes dead skin and the seawater cleans your feet. That is assuming the water company in that area hasn’t been pumping sewage into the sea. It’s good for faciitus as well. Fasheeitus . Phil.

That electronic foot file is ingenious. I have the one at Amazon ,$10 and I've had it over 9 months now, and it removes all the heavy callouses on my heels, balls of feet, and more. I play 5 hours of basketball a day and I get heavy callouses, IT WORKS!!!
