I once found a "smart" spy player who thought that masking as a pyro and staying still on my team's side of the map was accurate behavior. I deleted him with a rocket to the face.

I remember when I first started playing tf2, I tried spy and disguised as demo. I then proceeded to forget I was a spy and genuinely believed I was a demo on the enemy team, and subsequently convinced the enemy as well, at least until I tried to shoot a pipe at my own team, and was promptly hit with a rocket after my disguise dropped. To this day, I wish I could be that good of an actor again.

Probably not the best idea for rework but ill just leave it here, not like anyone actually care Ill take an idea of "L" guy (john talked about him in kunai respond video) On a backstab you restore 50-75% of your max health (like half-zatoichi do but better) +15 max health -5% maximum speed(you still faster than most of the classes but not as fast to be able quickly close distance) 0.5 blink duration As i said earlier, i took main idea from "L" guy, but i really don't like fact that you cannot disguise because it'll make kunai useless in big amount of scenarios (like most of payload games, control points) where sentry nests are very common Instead of speed penalty or "cannot disguise" we can also add yer disguise mechanic to kunai (disguise req a full cloack meter to use) My another idea for kunai rework: +15 health On a backstab you restore 100% of your health -5% speed penalty No damage knockback taken Itll make much harder for apy to get away because he cant surf damage and fly on another end of the map when someone breath on him And my last rework for kunai: +25 health On a backstab you recive +36-72 hp per second for the next 5-10 seconds, doesn't stqck, but duration can be extended by another backstab (adds a quick-fix speed healing on a backstab) +0.5 blink duration (since spy is now getting health over time this will help to track him) -33% maximum overheal (since spy now have 150 health and max overheal is now 75 this will reduce it to 50) I don't really think its the best rework ideas but as i said earlier, nobody cares

Even though I've played all the classes in various situations, Spy is my "I'm never paying this class again" due to how often/quickly I die, but I quite enjoyed this video. As a Pyro-main, I fully agree with the team-up segment. I'll look up your spy/pyro vid too.

To be honest i thought a good way to balance the diamondback would be to require more stabs to get a crit, 2-3 stabs for 1 crit i think is a pretty good way to balance it and i honestly thought that was how it worked before i actually used it instead of a 1:1 ratio of crits and backstabs
