Hi, I would not recommend this kit for younger children, maybe 12 years and older? Ideally with an adult lending a hand. 🙂 Note that plastic glue, paints, brushes and a few crafting tools are required and are not included in the kit. It's a large model when all three stages are completed and put together, almost 80cm tall. The kit is quite dated, many of the parts require extra work like removing flash or sanding to make them fit. Accurately painting the model is also a bit challenging, instructions on how to do it are rather limited. Hope this helps and doesn't sound too discouraging... 🙈☺️

@@CodyBelichesky Actually I'm always super careful with my watches and try to keep them away from potential "threats" wherever I can, also regularly checking for micro scratches and damage under the magnifier. 🙈😄

Always thrilled when someone posts a comment who was actually there with the real thing, whereas I'm only sitting in my room building tiny plastic models. ☺️ Regarding painting the wheels, I mostly use circle templates used for technical drawings from brands like Staedtler, Standardgraph etc. I'd suggest getting one with circles in half millimeter increments. @@RWOModels Thanks Oliver strange as it may seem i was based in Germany from 1986-1990 at RAF Wildenrath near Heinsberg. Those were the days. I have subscribed so i can look at more of your modelling builds. I have decided my hand painting is rubbish so i now have a basic 2 way Airbrush. I am also rubbish at glueing eventhough i use the Revel Contacta Glue. Currently i use hand paints, glue, Masking tape and Tamia Putty (Again rubbish at that too) So i am watching lots of KZbin Video's but get confussed easily. I usually wash all parts in soapy water, dry them, Hand paint on the spur, build, sand down, final paint, add decals then cover in matt finish. Sorry its a lengthy message. @ Hi Tony, I actually live approx. 30 mins. from Heinsberg. 😄 My GF often told me that she vividly remembers the noise from all the low-flying RAF aircraft from Wildenrath, Brüggen and Laarbruch when she grew up here in the 80s, and she also remembers the day when she saw Tornadoes flying over her house deployed for Operation Granby... Regarding your model builds, just try to take it easy and don't be discouraged when things go wrong. It happens to all of us. 😂 My advice would be to start out with simple kits with basic monochrome paint schemes and then slowly increase difficulty with every new build. When I first started airbrushing it was a mess! You just don't see all the fails in my builds because I usually edit them out of my videos. 🙈😂 Thanks for watching, take care!

Still struggling with mental health issues, couldn't find the energy to continue... Also YT algorithm heavily let me down in the last one or two years and drastically reduced video impressions and ultimately views and subscribers for the channel. There is only a lot of try and error with Vallejo paints and primers I'm afraid. My advice would be to use Mr Surfacer instead. 🤷🏻‍♂️

I had to glue the doors because otherwise they badly stick out from the rear of the fuselage. The kit is not precise enough for the doors to move and stay in place properly. 🤷🏻‍♂️

If I remember correctly I used the Revell Aqua paints and mixing ratio given in the build instructions. Would not recommend however as there are better paints out there. Hope this helps. Thanks!
