Remote desktop is not working

I really wish there was a version of the headset with eye and face tracking. (That didn't require some kind of DIY mod nonsense) That's the main thing keeping me from getting the headset.

I wish it was optional. That you could get yours with eye tracking if you want it. I use VR for VRChat and Resonite primarily so having that extra weight for something so useful is 100% worth it.

Gotta love that he knew that LED was 1/10th of a gram. I’m going to give the Bigscreen a try.

I hope you guys are working on an update with the new panels in meganex and Pimax dream air, and of course, eye tracking. I understand your design principles and I love your headset, but I believe a 200g weight headset with eye tracking still accomplishes that. Eye tracking at high resolution in games like DCS is simply a must! Anyway. I would much rather buy from you than Pimax. Hope to see a new model with updated panels, lenses, and eye tracking soon!

I've just got the Meta 3s and installed this, it looks amazing and I want to use it. However each time I look left the screen goes blank, if I look right it comes back on. Any ideas ?

Im guessing im javing issue because im trying to use the steam vr version of bigscreen and not the standalon meta store version

I could see eye tracking being most useful in performance. To track where person's eyes are looking and then render in high fidelity, just that area, rest lower in quality. Which is odd that many games don't do this in VR even normal. The lenses distort so much on the sides so that the fidelity is going to waste anyways.

Broo.. I’m still waiting for the possibility of a Bigscreen Beyond official eye tracking kit. The headset is already so light and the capabilities that eye tracking enables would be worth the weight.

You should work on more important features like resolution and bitrate while streaming NEEDS to go HIGHER than 5Mbps. I WILL pay for that. This is a useless update. I will NOT pay for useless.

Can i watch netflix on app without a pc ?

Need an update first, all channel offer from big screen for exemple rick and morty or hoseman just don't work at all, we have to go watch in private rooms, i have twitch on pc and phone so what's the point? Meta already have a better browser and a KZbin app

My question is this; if they already have a youtube browser, what's the point of this web browser if the only thing you can look at is maybe youtube and twitch? 🙃 I know about the plex thing, but you can stream your own desktop for that.

how to connect quest 2 to pc with bigscreen software with USB cable? i dont have wifi and router

It would be cool to see this in the future as an additional slide on mod on the website that can just slide on top of it along the top similar to an nvme slot and then sockets to simply slot in the cameras and sensors on their respective parts, so the big screen beyond out the box can have the module slots in with the extra wires built in for a few more grams of weight and then if your comfortable with an extra 5-10 you can slot the circuit board in along the top it just slides in to 2 grooves along the top! it's a difficult balance and a juggling act if anything but theres nothing wrong with experimenting to get that modularity in there! I mean you've already got custom ipd lenses and face foam... so might as well add grooves and porting locations for modular add-ons such as eye tracking and other features this will allow people the premium experience of getting what features they wanna keep and what they don't and you could work to shrink down the modular functions like you did with the headset itself theoretically I could see even with the additional modules on it would still be smaller and lighter than other headsets out there... because from the get go you set the weight bar really low I think that gives you leeway! the fact you've made such a headset this small where others couldn't shows your company has the ability to adapt technologies in form factor ways you could innovate further and make each function any vr headset has built in smaller and modular, while still leaving room for modders to put their own spin on it! I've been thinking how companies like asus specialise in making their own rog and tuf branded variants of the nvidea and amd gpu's and I was like... why aren't there companies like that for vr like an ASUS ROG Beyond, or a Gigabyte HTC Vive... basically professional modding for VR it's not a thing for VR now but I can see it taking off in the future i'd be curious to see an EVGA modded Big Screen, these collaborations of brand and tech companies can drive innovation and unique ideas and also drive competition and variety in choices for VR users! I could be bias i'm building a full rog pc and the addition is gonna be a big screen beyond in 2026 when I'm done getting new NVME's, RAM, Motherboard and CPU say what you want about ASUS and their shady practices in the US but here in the UK i've not had any issues! also I know there are technical limitations since samsung's lidar isn't as advanced as apples Face ID system for the custom face foam but... I am not really an apple user or or truster so short of me buying an old iphone x & selling it when i'm done do you guys see your method of getting the face moulds changing to be more accessible to samsung or other phone brand users I was thinking like using traditional multi photo collage based photogrammetry then getting an AI to use that gallery of images to extrapolate a 3d map... since taking photos is pretty much accessible to most smartphone users of the 2020's! you could use your app and have the user give the app control of the camera so it can keep rapidly taking photos around the user as someone else pans around their in 180 degrees face radius (semi-circle idk the terminology)
