19:49 I think the experience of dedicated roleplayers who see their personal vision for the character turn into the fabricated identity the Jedi Council implanted is going to vary heavily. Yes, there are definitely some who won't appreciate what they perceive to be their 'roleplaying agency' being undermined by the narrative twist. I won't try to disguise my view that this is the shallowest perspective. A second kind of roleplayer, I think, would be thrilled to see their vision in a sense co-opted into the game's universe: for while their character concept mightn't be that of the 'real' Revan, it's elevated into being an acknowledged and indelible aspect of the game's narrative. This I think, is more than enough to let *most* roleplayers accept the twist. There are also of course the players who choose to 'most authentically' inhabit the role of the character, such that they do minimal work to invent their own Revan outside of what they experience in-game. They will have discovered over the course of gameplay the *kind* of person they are playing, but it's not until the reveal that they know *who* they are playing.

I fundamentally disagree with so much here, and it's not so much the handlers fault but the people that designed her. Compare her to the 2nd handler you get in the game who is calm, rational, cautious, and informative in a way that isn't "anime hands on your hips WE GOTTA SOLVE THIS MYSTERY PARD" and you'll see the difference. I don't think she ever "grows" she's just as obnoxious in the beginning as she is in the end. If the hand ever showed her actively DOING something to help, say "hey dude, I've been studying the monster we've been tracking and came up with an [insert monsters weaknesses here] device. This should help!" sort of repertoire in the game play she'd be considered much more helpful but she doesn't. After her first couple of "I ran in and got into dangerous trouble" it would've been nice to see her become a bit less airheaded and a bit more serious. But she doesn't. Handlers on whole also seem pointless? Considering there's a quest post specifically to help the researchers in the settlement that EARN you things so she just comes off as redundant. She's an unnecessary mechanic with an grating personality the player can't opt out of. Let's not ignore the fact that as a female player you can't have a male handlers, and in the second game (I'm calling this out) the main handlers character flaws won't be fixed outside of "look we have her a crop top, blonde hair, and bigger tits" The hate isn't uncomfortable, it's universally understood. No one asked for any of it. Even just her moniker "The Handler" if anything WE are her handlers. It's a bad vibe to begin with.

I played this for the first time in 2019 and I have not stopped playing old bioware games since. I have bought all the books and lore I can devour. I found that I fell in love with DAO up to DAI. I loved the hybridization with these and the ME trilogy. I remember being so mad about Alastair’s death that I didn't know happened if I romanced him that I had to take a week break to play it again. I found veilguard and Andromeda to lack that kind of impact. Baldur’s gate 3 feels like the type of deep choices bioware was trying to get. However, I still feel it lacking in the same feeling that I have when Thane passes or when I messed up and killed Iron Bull.

Minor correction: while i also dislike the kellog memory dump is lame and boring, you can actually skip most of it. You just gotta run straight through and the scene will end. The only one you cant skip is the last one.

I dunno man, I've only played Fallout 3 and 4, and I honestly had a lot more fun with 4. I know it's a hell of an unpopular opinion, and my view probably isn't valid to someone with much more experience in the series overall, but I found 4 to be surprisingly enjoyable, and I don't agree that a lot of the negatives in this video are even that detrimental at all tbh, but to each their own of course.

What If fans were to redesign the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (TMNT) using elements from the Monster Hunter series, it could result in a unique and thrilling reimagining. Here's a possible take on what this reimagined version could look like: _Turtle Design:_ 1. The Turtles' physical appearance could be inspired by the hunters from Monster Hunter, with a mix of functional armor and tribal-inspired designs. 2. Each Turtle could have unique armor sets, reflecting their individual personalities and hunting styles: 1. Leonardo: A balanced armor set with a focus on agility and versatility. 2. Donatello: A heavy, defensive armor set with enhanced strength and durability. 3. Raphael: A fierce, aggressive armor set with enhanced melee capabilities. 4. Michelangelo: A lightweight, mobile armor set with enhanced speed and acrobatic capabilities. _Weapons and Tools:_ 1. The Turtles could wield massive, oversized weapons inspired by Monster Hunter's iconic hunting gear, such as giant hammers, lances, and swords. 2. They might also use various tools and traps, like pitfall traps, shock traps, and tranquilizer guns, to hunt and capture monsters. _Monsters and Hunting:_ 1. The Turtles' main enemies could be massive, city-destroying monsters inspired by Monster Hunter's iconic creatures, such as Diablos, Rathalos, and Anjanath. 2. The Turtles would need to work together, using their unique skills and hunting strategies, to track, hunt, and capture these monsters. 3. They might also have to contend with rival hunters, like the Foot Clan, who seek to exploit the monsters for their own gain. _Storyline:_ 1. The Turtles could be part of a secret organization, like the Hunters' Guild from Monster Hunter, dedicated to protecting the city from monster threats. 2. They might discover that a powerful, ancient evil is behind the monster invasions, and they must work together to defeat this threat and save the city. This reimagined version of the TMNT would likely appeal to fans of both the original franchise and the Monster Hunter series. It would offer a fresh take on the classic characters, with a mix of action, adventure, and monster-hunting excitement. What do you think? Would you be interested in seeing this reimagined version of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles?

Even if the Kid in the fridge mission was just a joke it comes across as one of those jokes that's so bad if a friend was to tell you it in person all you could do is just pause and contemplate if they're really that stupid or if you're that stupid for calling that person a friend to begin with. It comes across as so lazily implemented that it feels like whoever put it onto the game did it specifically to take the piss out of the player. The USS Constitution mission, while absurd in it's premises, doesn't violate any of the games established lore and universe building unlike the kid in the fridge one where they throw all common sense and lore out the window in favor of an extremely bad joke that lands with all the grace of a soggy turd being thrown at a wall.

After you hack the terminal at Covenant, and if you are a member of the railroad, at this point you can keep Honest Dan out of the loop and go off on your own. If you rescue Amelia, the game will have you seek out Old Man Stockton. You have a good little talk about his daughter and can ask him why he didn't go to the Railroad for help.

I bought Mega Man X3 used, but in box, at Blockbuster Video for $9.99 back in the 1990s, and sold it for store credit to buy this game. While I enjoyed my playthrough of Mystical Ninja, I regret my decision of making that exchange for obvious reasons.

I really tried to like 4U but I can't get over the shitty 3DS graphics. I chose FU as my starting point a couple years ago and skipped all 3DS entries. It is maybe even more low poly but it has cleaner environments and overall design. Well, there is the jungle, but besides that I really dig the simplicity.

The density of enemy’s in the over world dose seem intense. The first few times you go out on a mission it really feels kind of oppressive. There’s times where the game should just give you a little breather to take the game in. I know there’s cannon reasons for how aggressive the monsters are but it can discourage people from wanting to spend time out in the wild. That being said this game does offer some of the best random moment to moment gameplay. It’s feels like a bit of a throwback to the old Bethesda oblivion/ fallout 3 days when the games systems will create wild non scripted events. Watching some guards fight off a group of Saurens while a goblin tribe watches and laughs from another hill only for a griffin to crash land on the whole thing knocking you down and now you’ve been kidnapped by a wolf and drug half a mile away to be dinner.
@zay_tiggygaming2 күн бұрын
My introduction to the randomness was when I took one of my first carts. Ran into a cyclops that took the cart out and then killed the bison. While I was focused on him, an ogre dropkicks me and I go flying. That same ogre snatches my female pawn and runs off. Had to thrpw a rock at it with MSH for it to drop her. Another instance it took me 30 full minutes to kill a dragon. The fight went well into the night and had hobgoblins and phantasms join in. The goblins distracted me from the dragon who charged up meteron and took out my whole team. I grabbed a healer and ran to revive them. Craziness

The malak fight is super easy if you have the life drain ability (I think that’s what it’s called). You can gain the life from each person before attacking malak. This keeps your health up while also making it so once you’ve gotten them all gone you just fight a normal 1v1
