Wild Wasteland didn't originate from New Vegas, yes... BUT... Bethesda Fallout treat the whole game as Wild Wasteland.

Far Habor Shipbreaker can be triggered usually near the Lumber Mill using the pipboy or by following Longfellows quest line (I also used Nick, so pipboy for me). That thing is one h3ll of a bullet sponge. Longfellow can give you a hint to Shipbreaker's weakness, but the weakness still isn't that weak so up to you if you want to. And the quests for Far Habor effect how the Habormen treat the synths if you get Dema to confess later on. You have to do a load of side quests or they'll destroy Arcadia and the only way to get enough is to complete the Captain's Dance (the Mirelurk Queen). Of course, if you don't get/want Dema to confess then they are optional.

This and Morrowind and Buus Fury I've played almost every year since each released. Fable TLC isn't even my favorite game. I can't have a favorite. It is the most replayable to me though and I always max out everything every time and get every single thing I can. I prefer the original TLC over the anniversary. Especially the graphics. I think even if I grew up with Anniversary and then I saw TLC's look I would prefer TLC. It just has more appealing colors and animations and menus, to me, and to a lot of people I'm seeing comment on it. Hopefully I learn something that's obvious that I didn't know or get some in depth on some details, since I've only watched about an hour of researched content. The rest is all from playing or guides. This will be my insomnia cure either way. Thanks in advance.

Personally I think that Dantooine into Nar Shadda is the better start because it allows you to get the lightsaber built and enough credits to upgrade it pretty substantially just by interacting with a side quest one of the scavengers outside the ruined Enclave gives you to look for their group member whose name I can't think of at the moment. You can choose to save him, or kill him and he will have the second lightsaber part for you, if you get him killed, it's just on his loot bag, but if you clear the hallway to the exit and the one adjacent to the room he's hiding in, providing him his escape route, I believe you have to pay him for it outside the enclave, though I could be wrong. I just know that he has it and can give it to you whether he lives or not.

It's so disappointing this game was never followed up on properly. The other games may have been passable to some if they stood on their own but they'll always be embarrassing awful games that live in the shadow of origins

The Fallout 3 & New Vegas retrospectives were awesome works of art. But this is your magnum opus. A very thorough dive past the polished surface level of Fallout 4 that goes deep into the murkry depths of issues, mistakes, & oversights made by a developer who was once the best in the industry. With all that being said, I still love Fallout 4. But, I love more what it could have become with further TLC.

Im super late but I dislike the handler for two reasons first and most importantly, hand holding. Constantly during combat its. You have dragonblight, better cleanse that with a nulberry. Another gigantic flame, head to fatalis' position. This just becomes grating after a while. And sure other characters do it too but I also hate them. The second reason is that its just a meme to hate the handler. Seikret third reason. Alma follows you and helps you with new supplies. In comparison the handler does very little in terms of gameplay to help you. Despite being willing to constantly tell you what to do in the middle of the hunt.

i think breaking taris up into multiple planets would have hurt the narrative. the tact that i’ve been on taris for so long and know it so well makes its destruction hit harder. that’s my issue with alderaan being blown up in IV. i don’t care about it. i’ve never even seen it before

I do fondly remember most of the journey. I had to appreciate my own head cannon for some limitations with the story on my first time playing Dragon age as a Male Human Mage. I wanted to have conscripted Jowen to the Grey Wardens when I got the opportunity to meet again. Be the first to explore Blood Magic as Grey Wardens connected to the fade. I Also agreed with Morigan on the Mage's Tower. I would have liked an option to explore (inner Anders Talking) To eliminate the Templars, and see about making a deal with Demons as a Third option. Give The Dark Spawn something to be entertained with while venturing further in story, While also letting Survival of the fittest mindset playout against the mages who will endure their own individual battles with demons. They All have their own chances at winning - I really see that as no different than when the templars do their exam. (As a Circle Mage Graduate) I recall the desire demon making a pact with the Templar as It Herself wanted to experience a moral life. That was themed off of the Templar's desire for a family (What I remembered)

This really highlighted a lot of the bloat world added. Wymstake from GL, LBGs mines, HBGs wyvernheart/snipe, charged sword for CB, and Dragon Piercer from bow could all be removed and nothing would change, because none of those attacks work as part of your combos you want to do. I was disappointed when rise kept all of those in, because it seems like they'll be here forever

36:07 1. Yeah i agree on the opening. Its rather weak and disjointed. There was one element which confused me specifically, in the opening rook falls into the brine and warns the arisen about it. Why mention that? I thought, its not that important to the story to show this. The player will uncover this on their own eventually. 2. Not onto point two which is about how dragons dogma handles context. The story of dragons dogma in retrospective ends up being far more consise than when you experience it. This is because the game tends to withhold a lot of context until later on. For instance the brine thingy i just mentioned. The entire post-game is brine-themes. Turns out the beginning of the game was hinting at the stronger presence the brine has in the games lore/story now. 3. I think a major flaw to be noted here is how the game is not very effective in providing adequate context while playing experiencing the story itself. While i like puzzling things together in retrospect, it leaves the experience lacking while i am playing it.

57:30 1. I miss the old vocations. The fit together like a wheel you know. I mean the new ones are cool (especially warfarer), but the classes now feel kind of disjointed. I think in some kind of DLC the assasin and archer base classes will need some kind of advanced class and two extra hybrid classes to balance things out and make them make sense again.

1:11:21 1. Dude, i am kinda drunk rn and have to wake up early tomorrow to visit my cousins new child. Wish me luck as i am dying inside. Its 3 AM 2. I think i fucked up my knee during work because it kinda hurts whenever i do virtually anything with it.
@venepskeuten92063 күн бұрын
1:33:15 1. On crafting Dont care much for crafting tbh. 1st game never really made me feel the need to use it and the same goes for the second. I did like how you could combine flowers and how that feature was integrated into a quest tho. 2. On gregor I forgot who gregor was when i encountered him. Did appreciate the foreshadowing to the quest via his wife and some commentaries. However i never realized he was the gregor from the beginning of the game. 3. On the sphinx She makes me feel things. Oh and the riddles were also fun/creative. Except the token one. I know it can be skipped and wont fail the quest, but whoever thought that was a good idea deserves a feeling of constantly having a pebble in their shoe for seven days. 4. On the wakestone and NPC nuke I think its cool that the important NPC's get revived, but i would love to see some story element showing it happening. Otherwise it feels like the players story is trivialized somewhat. Idk maybe a special order of monks/pawns who wander the world ressurecting those who still have a part to play and you can physically meet them after a catastrophy. 5. On story issues The seconds story isnt very good. Like it first focusses on the player becoming sovran and then around a 3rd of the game relegates it to side-content (the sven/disa storyline). No offense, but i think that is objectively bad narrative design. 5.1. On the end game story issues In the unmoored world i went to check on ulrika to see wether i could help them evacuate. I did not even experience any dialogue/interaction related to the current situation. This is also a pattern. Sometimes it feels like the world does not react to the players desicions and i think that is a major bummer.

Another big argument for making Alistair king is if you made Bhelen king of Orzammar. He immediately executes Harrowmont and even if you try to convince him not to, he does it regardless.
