Nice work, Red Side! Really puts things into perspective. Now, here’s what would actually happen _even if you were able to manipulate gravitons and make these water-bound critters able to chase down every bird and plane in the sky_ : spoiler alert, they wouldn’t, because they’d be dead from other causes first. For most of the fish, from sharks to clownfish, their breathing systems were designed for the sea. To filter dissolved oxygen from the water. Turns out air and gas in general doesn’t quite work the same way. And for cetaceans (Toothed Whales, Baleen Whales, Dolphins, and Porpoises), as expected it is not the fact that they are outside the water and beached that does the damage (They have lungs and are far more closely related to us than we are to any fish) but as I understand it, their systems rely on water cooling in a similar manner to how ships use seawater to cool their systems. Their skin has little to no resistance to UV when dried and doesn’t conduct heat into the air that well. So it slowly heats up and burns and gets degraded by UV and flakes off. Then their core temperature will start to rise or lower depending on the environment they are stranded in without water to diffuse heat into nor the countermeasures that land creatures enjoy like sweating or panting. And what ultimately does them in is probably some combination of heatstroke, dehydration, and more, all at once.

In Pacific Asia, there are lots of large typhoons that effectively cover an entire country like the Philippines, Taiwan, and Japan. Storms of these size are common that flooding is widespread and not limited to small areas like the case in Atlantic nations. The typhoons are also hitting Asian and Pacific nations at peak or near peak intensity whereas we rarely see this happen in the US and Atlantic nations. I am sure most Western people would be surprised by how little storms they are experiencing compared to Southeast and Asian people.
