I wouldn't peer pressure people into lifting just because I'm shallow and have self confidence issues 😂

@@hiimnewhere9753 Well humans start wasting away with muscle atrophy so I highly recommend working out to all humans. Lol

@@juliosanchez2411 you'd have to lay in a bed for like 3 weeks without moving at all to even start to atrophy at that point you probably don't care about being strong or having big muscles lol

I always wanted to learn weightlifting cause it's not just about lifting the weight rather it's about lifting the weight with a pattern which is graceful and athletic and looks beautiful but in my city there aren't any good coaches so I ended up doing powerlifting lol

I always appreciate a lifter who drops the bar evenly. Can't stand it when it's lopsided.

Powerlifting is too robotic - the muscles gained gives a less athletic look - just lift some don't do too much it will make you slow
@sprint-shorts3 жыл бұрын
Just don't go too heavy in body weight and become less athletic - do some athletics sprinting, too

Yes gorgeous but what’s with this trend of just dropping the weight at the highest point of the lift ??!! I think it’s sloppy and dangerous ans just flat out stupid. Who is teaching this? This isn’t Olympic lifting at all. Control and form of the weight is
