to everyone who fell into the kpop and entertainment rabbit hole, you can do it. you can escape it and shift that energy and time towards yourself and your akhirah, allah is the most merciful so make duaa for him to help you and do your best gradually until you get rid of this type of living, I know you hate when ppl judge you for it and they got no right to do so, but deep down you know this is not for your own good, wallahi if u put the right intention and put a little effort allah will replace all that void and fix your heart and you ll open up more to quran and deen, may allah nake it easy for you and bring us to the straight path and keep us steadfast till we meet him, may allah protect you

Farah ❤ I’ve been wondering about using the pronoun “he/him” when it comes to Allah. Allah is not human and therefore cannot be defined as male or female. Why do you think us Muslims refer to Allah in that way?

There is an answer: it’s not possible, unless both people understand there is nothing wrong with having a friend that is so intrinsically different from you 🤷🏻♀️ in other words, there has to be humility, as pride is the root of all evil, including having no respect for someone else AND forgetting that we’re all different and therefore need different boundaries 🙂

I gave up nicotine, drugs (mainly weed and mushrooms), zina, social media, bad talking out of anger and idle talk. I have done all of these before already, when I was distant to my deen, but doing all this now for the sake of Allah made me attain so much peace and most importantly ease in doing it. Alhamdulillah

I cried instantly, your story is so beautiful. I'm struggling with hijab, and Islam as a whole right now... hitting a point in life where I'm loosing faith in alot of things.

her point about beauty showing on people is so true. When I look at my friends, to me they are so so beautiful, their smiles and their laughs are so beautiful, I could look at them forever and never tire of it. But never have I once looked at them and examined them with conventional beautiful standards, like oh, she doesn't have this nose or clear skin, she doesn't have these teeth that makes them not beautiful - no. When I see their face they are so beautiful and it's all I can see. I don't know why we don't grant ourselves that kind of attitude, that kindness.

Kind of unrelated to the main topic but well i actually have seen so many people who appreciate a beautiful destinct nose, me included , like cheek bones or a jawline it can make someone look so striking and statuasque. I think most people who have a problem with a distinct noses also need to begin to consider how its because its sometimes not becausse it doesnt suit the face , its because its not always a common trait to represented out in the world, and see how someone that looks like you wears it with confidence and makes it work. But if black people like myself let that rule our lives when we had our natural hair movement with our kinky hair or south east asians so beautiful give in to not seeing their beauty and not respresenting on the big screen they would be no where. At some point you have to be willing to represent your features and discoveer the perspective of its beauty especially with y'alls wavy or curly thick hair , amazing smiles and funny personalities it all works together with that lovely nose, it can make or break you facial reactions sometimes, it can make your eyes look bigger and more doey . I write all this simply because i see so many middle eastern woman go through the process of nose surgery bceause of aunties and uncles comments and when this was happening for the black community with regards to hair and darker skin in took more conversations and pushback to these family members , dont let anyone sell you a lie and dont feed into your own self doubt either, if possible

When we go to amusement parks, fancy restaurants, or tourist streets, we do not find any sign on them saying, “Ugly people are not allowed to enter.” Therefore, we should not consider ugliness an obstacle to the enjoyment of life.
