Loved the classical routine and loved the backstroke specifically. Sometimes these classical moves get forgotten about but they’re enjoyable.

Oh my gosh that was incredible! Exactly what I needed for my abs! I really liked the leg curls, never done those before, fire for the Hamstrings!❤ Had one problem though, my standing knee was bothering me, kind of painful. Checked alignment and toes were forward, soft knee. Do you have any suggestions? Might need to rebuild the strength but thought you may have a tip. Incredible workout!

2:21 I really appreciate and LOVE how you articulate and in such detail about how to articulate the movement (public bone PULLING TOWARDS THE CEILING, and the belly button PULLING IN TOWARDS THE SPINE, flattening out the tummy) so incredibly helpful. The detailed directions and what I should be feeling are absolutely perfect. I can’t stress how much I need that kind of direction and appreciate that. Thank you ❤❤❤ (I have the most trouble with figuring how how to articulate my spine and I have only been able to find vague guidance in person and online so far, I’m so glad I found your video)
