If white ink still not printed, it mean ink clog. Do head cleaning

Thank you Henry. It's a good tutorial video and it solve the scratch on the printout. Unfortunately I am facing another issue which the some area of the printout the color is uneven, specifically blue color. I printed a CMYK color only picture. On the blue (C) color area, some area the blue color is solid and some are the blue color is faded and lighten... I have seen all your tutorial videos and tried all the maintenance methods you have recommended.. I have tried printhead cleaning, printhead flushing and even changing a new printhead and still the same. Unfortunately I can't post picture here... otherwise I can show you how it looks like. I am completely stuck and have no idea how to fix this color uneven problem. What would be your recommendation and advise? Your advises are appreciated.

Perform nozzle check to see the healthy of the printhead. If the line broken, then sure will face problem during printing

@Henry Teoh I just changed a new printhead and I have done nozzle check... the lines are ok.

Color change with first 2-3 print.black runs through the first part of the printing. Also white doesn't flow normal. Sometimes it overflow and so I have to reduce it from acrorip and other times white ink won't flow at all. Thanks in advance

Hi there, my prints are still being scratched even after head cleaning. I have tried different sizes of print and lowering ink limit but I still can't get it to print normally. I have a DTF Epson Stylus photo 1390.

Myself this problem will come back once we perform Head cleaning plenty of time. Each time we perform it will clean all dirt ink to the side of frame. Once it too thick, it will scatch our output printing again
