the motherboard in the g10dk is MicroATX so that case will work. you should watch some case swap videos for g10dk and g10ce same steps different CPUs. there are some hidden wires for the bluetooth and wifi

in the acer nitro 50 air cooler video do you need a specific screw kit to attach the noctua cpu cooler to on intel motherboard in acer can you do upgrade on a i5 1140

so the steps are going to be the same. the reason you need to use a the mentioned screw kit is because Acer glues the backplate to the Motherboard and you would have to remove the Motherboard pry off the glued backplate to use the one supplied by Noctua, i5 11400 uses socket LGA1200

m3 screw 10 mm I believe. and the reason you need to do it is because Acer glues the backplate to the MB

I might need some help, I am 13 and have had 3 PCs and taken 2 of them apart but not the HP Victus and I don't know if it's the same version as in the video and I always am running out of space, I'm still an armature in the PC upgrading area, but I would really like to increase the power of my PC so I would much appreciate any advice.

so the term is coil whine it could mean nothing whats the make and model of the PSUs cheaper PSUs sometimes use cheaper parts and you can get coil whine from it

I’m looking at the manual to upgrade mine but it doesn’t say anything about this type of ssd, can it still be installed ? I wanted one of these and I’m also adding another nvme ssd since the one mine comes with is only 256gb. This is what the manual says Up to five drives, 2x 3.5" HDD + 2x M.2 SSD + 1x open 2.5 HDD Bay • 3.5" HDD up to 2TB each • M.2 SSD up to 1TB each

Which cpu fan did you put in it? Did you have to change the back plate or did you use the included brackets that come with the cpu fan?

the Acer Nitro PSU is either 450W or 500W most are now the 500W. you can go up to RTX 4070 Super (2 Fan design) (the Ventus model only uses single 8 Pin Connector) as it uses 220W and the rest of the computer using it roughly 230W

Ram follow a Jedec standard and are all capable of running at default speeds between 2133, 2400 and 2666 at 1.2v. Faster than that requires XMP or which will run the ram at 1.35v. Sadly I do not believe that Acer Nitro 50 MBs can use XMP so its gonna run at the lower speed dictated by the MB. but its perfectly safe to use Ram that is 1.35v

The Acer Nitro 50 has a backplate that's glued to the motherboard. not impossible to take off but annoying. but the cooler he used is compatible with the Acer CPU backplate.

I just bought the nitro 50 with a 3050, is this model compatible with a rtx4060? Btw love your videos. This is the first prebuilt I’ve ever bought. My son was dying for a new pc since ours died in July. I’ve always built my own computers since the 90s.

you can go all the way to the RTX 4070 Super 2 fan design The Ventus X2 does not even require an 8 Pin Splitter

Is that 6+2 cable that went into the new gpu + another 6+2 cable you did not use that you put below it? In theory, if it was a 16 pin gpu, would we place both the 6+2 cables, all together?

put the 2060 rtx in the cpu. but on start up i get diagnostics and cant repair reports and cant get to windows. says restart to fix issue but cant. is it a psu issue? thanks

you will need to pull it into a 3 or 4 pin fan header if the board does not have any extra fan header you will need get a fan header splitter
