I pulled my right shoulder muscle in October. I have a slight occasional pain there that flares up when I move it or lay down. My co-worker suggested Tai Chi for Beginners. My right shoulder is improving along with my overall strength and flexibility. I have just started with you doing only 2 exercising sessions on your channel and plan on continuing. I can only imagine long-term how much better I will feel in gaining back a pain-free shoulder. My next challenge is fitting this in once I go back to work next week. Thank you for doing this.
