If you can retrieve the account then that would ofc be better, but if you aren't able to, you'll reach the same level of progression on a new account in no time with rewards being tripled currently :)

Just being blunt, pull Astra since is much better long term for all of your dps characters. If you lose the 50/50, then just pick up Evelyn and pick up Astra on her rerun :)

If it comes down to it, then you can use Anby just as a general stunner. Although, you could use a secondary quick swap dps alongside a support with Evelyn, if you dont want to use Anby.

Yep. She has zero responsiveness during attack animations, which are insanely long and some of them have very minuscule range. She feels terrible to play.

At first I felt the same thing, but after playing the demo multiple times, she can actually be swapped out on most of her attacks. So this means that if you have someone that is worthwhile to swap in or someone like Astra, who can immediately trigger a quick/perfect assist, she will feel much better to play. : ) Edit: I'd also like to mention that the character who can be swapped in with Eve is preferably someone who can just as easily be swapped into Evelyn again. Another thing is that Evelyn has a part of her kit where she would do an attack after being swapped out, but I forgot if this attack have any other requirements to be triggered. With Silver Soldier Anby and Trigger coming soon, I recommend waiting for Anby and Trigger (+Pulchra)'s kits since Evelyn is on 2nd phase anyways and it wouldn't hurt to wait a while to determine how powerful she is compared to future Attack units like Silver Soldier Anby

She benefits greatly with it and is much more comfortable to use, but don't be pressured to pull for it until you have enough spare currency since you can pick it up whenever.

If you have lighter and need another dps for your second team, Evelyn is perfect for you :)

I think this will be bis, Evelyn buffs her own crit by an incredible amount already, and unless you're using a cdmg w engine, she's gonna also be running a cr engine. From her core passive alone, she gets 25% crit rate on tethered enemies, and from what she plays like in the story missions, it doesn't seem like she burns very well. In theory she only needs 75% cr to have near full crit uptime, which should be easily obtainable through substats and a disk 4 CR if you need it. You can go as low as 55% to max out the core passive.

For (my own) calculations: 25% CR from sig (20% from A rank) 25% from Core Passive 8% woodpecker 24% cr disk 4 Total is 82/77% CR. This is assuming none of her core passive steps give CR, and this is before support unit CR buffs. But even with this much she definitely doesn't need the burning Passive from inferno metal to reach close to 100%

Have you tried switching to another unit while that attack happens? That has worked for me where she gets temu i-frames by switching out and switching back immediately after her move

Which is strange, since basically the entirety of the new Tower is specifically Fire weak for her. Ceasar was already practically a requirement, but for her it's either Caesar or die.
