The synergy between Brant and Changli isn’t perfect. He buffs her perfectly (skill and fusion damage) but she doesn’t buff the bulk of his damage. This leads me to believe the existence of another fusion DPS who does mostly burst damage. That’s good news for me as I want Changli to stay relevant for a long while. Brant still coming home though 🫡

I like Pheobe's character, but her kit is a red flag for me. "Spectro Frazzle" is a highly specific mechanic, which wants all characters on the team to be built around it. It's also a DoT (damage over time) which has terrible track-record in other gacha games. I'm sure there will be some new characters with support for this mechanic, but after that it may go years without roster changes. It's risky to invest in such a character.

Spectro Frazzle actually does decent damage. I've used Spectro Rover (who got buffed with Spectro Frazzle in their kit) and those HP bars really go down quick. It also helps that Spectro Rover got a new effect called Shimmer, which prevents Spectro Frazzle from expiring for a short period of time.

Just keep this in mind pick roccia if you use havoc dps (Rover or Camellya). Brant if you want a fire unit and Phoebe if you need spectro dps other than jinhsi. Also keep in mind that Zani is also coming up so might as well just save up and don't be pressured to pull. Its all about having fun.

So I will most likely be pulling for Roccia and Brandt. I feel like Roccia is going to be another case of Zhezhi in all honesty, where everyone just kinda ignores her because she's over shadowed by Carlotta but she just ends up being super usefull. And with her having those buffs plus the grouping skills and being Brandt is a sp so they both will go quite a long way. Their play style also looks nice, and if I regret not pulling for Pheobe, there will always be a rerun banner. Thankfully Shore is pushed back to another version so I'll have more time to get her on her rerun

if you really need a spectro dps , jinshi rerun will do the job for you , jinshi will not get power creep since she just got a new skin and the new skin is not a limited time skin , it has limited time promotion with reduce price and its a permanent skin . so think it this way , if jinshi is no more the t0 spectro dps , no one will buy her skin after version 2.1 . tencent is a monster to make money and the super well design skin make jinshi a must pull for almost all player if you miss the first release like me , i chose to roll for changli and im gonna roll for jinshi than roccia even i have e1s1 camillia , roccia is more slow than sanhua to pop outro to buff camillia afterall

Pheobe is pretty clearly meant as a main dps with Spectro Rover as her sub for stack building. Her set has no value as a sub dps. Roccia is likely the best Havoc sub dps going forward and the best at aoe and grouping for now. Brant is likely a new full support(250 ER requirement) that relies on basic attacks (4 cost echo boosts basic) in a similar way to Verina. Zani is almost certainly a coordination attacker, considering her shield she probably deals her damage off of giving the team a shield of some kind. My guess is shes Havok(based on the 4cost echo) though the set and echo boosts dont require her to be, also "support" from Havoc is a 4 star shielders so it might indicate supports from Havoc focus on shields over heals.

Brant is very useful, buffer sub dps healer and of course husbando. Changli will be more powerful with brant. He can use also 4 star sword with energy recharge, and emerald of genesis for crit rate. He's f2p friendly. I just need to see Phoebe true DMG for comparison with jinhshi. The eternal radiance is an amazing set for new spectro dps. If Phoebe synergies with spectro rover she could very f2p friendly for team comp. Anyway, save astrites for Zani too👍🦋

My first priority would be Shorekeeper's 2nd Sequence, which gives 40% atk boost to all team members in outer stellaream And if new regions of Rinascita are released with 2.1, then I will get Brant for my S0 Emerlad Changli. Coz, I explored all 8 regions of Raguna to 100% in order to get S0R1 Carlotta & S0 Zhezhi (I already got Stringmaster) I wish I could invest more into Changli, but her S1 is meh... so minimum required investment is S2R1... since S2 gives crit rate, she needs her sig weapon with crit damage. But I already got two Emerald Genesis swords, so I will let her be S0 as an F2P.

@ in that case I’d say pull for Jinhsi or Phoebe for your first limited dps. Jinhsi works fine with just Yuanwu and Taoqi as teammates (my team 1 right now) and it seems like Rover works well with Phoebe, so you’ll have teaming sorted already.

Spectro frazzle fucking sucks the higher level the monsters are it’s entirely just for the debuff to proc the set bonus. Even fully stacked it does 1k dps assuming you keep it fully stacked

Phoebe could potentially be a main DPS, but I don't think she'll be as powerful as Jinshi. Making her as strong as Jinshi might lower the value of her skin. As for the new Echo, I think it might be for Rover Spectro-but that's just my guess. It's also possible for Phoebe to serve as a sub-DPS, enhancing Jinshi's overall damage.

Phoebe and Brant's kits were revealed several days ago. Phoebe does, in fact, use Spectro Frazzle while Brant's Forte gives him a flat ATK increase based on his Energy Regen. With this line of thought, Zani is likely gonna be a Coordinated Attack character since there are five new Echo sets, likely for the five new playable characters introduced so far.

Little conflicted as to what to do for the upcoming banners. Phoebe coming out as a main spectro dps conflicts with jinhsi banner. Phoebe introducing spectro Frazzle mechanic means she doesn't have an optimal spectro Frazzle partner yet. It's like Carlotta needing Zhezhi for example. Roccia is a skip because she can't compete with Sanhua quick swap time and S6 Danjin combos well with Midnight Veil. Brant is in a weird position. I suspect he is a support unit, but is trying to use the Tidebreaking Courage echo set. Overall, we might need more information before pulling for either Phoebe or Brant.

shorekeeper is a better option. But if u started u can grind like 40k astrites maybe 50k. So if u really want Brant u can pull him too. But i wouldn't reccomend bc u need more dds. If i would have blank acc i would pull Carlotta, Zhezhi, Shorekeeper, Jinshi. Zhezhi is great support for both Carlotta and Jinshi and Shorekeeper is preety much best healer and could be put in every team. U can get free Verina and save on Shorekeeper for Brant but it feels illegal
