For f2p or first timer, i think what also need to be considered is the 5* weapon choice...carlotta as pistol user get access to std 5* pistol which gives crit rate stat while jinhsi only have access to 5* broadblade which gives atk% stat this made jinhsi the more expensive option to choose.

I've been using Yangyang with Carlotta since I don't have Zhezhi or Lumi. Completely eliminates any energy regen problems! Plus Yangyang is very fun to play and her concerto regen rivals Sanhua.

She's in a weird spot where she wants a spectro+skill boosting subdps with coordinated attacks but such a support will be spectro (coz there's no such a thing as an x element subdps boosting y element dmg) which is in itself an anti-synergy. So idk if we're gonna get something better than Zhezhi. A coord attack Taoqi perhaps?

Gladly I joined Wuwa in 1.1 and got Jinhsi after clearing Huanglong and Mt Firmament. I got enough astrites for Zhezhi + Signature, XiangliYao signature and Changli. Now I got Carlotta for 140 pulls since I lost with Calcharo.

she needs a coordinated attacker that isn't the same element so she has two, but an optimal buffer would prolly buff her skill dmg+ give a defense ignore on enemies and not an elemental dmg amp unless it's universal for all dmg types. Either way if they make another one, it's gonna be broken cause it will work on every skill dmg char so it will prolly be a very valuable character to get.

I got historically lucky and got both Carlotta and Zhezhi at S0R1 with astrite to spare. I started playing at the end of 1.4 and also got Yinlin in one ten pull, no weapon unfortunately. I have around 40 pulls left, and I’m hoping I’ll have enough pulls and luck leftover to pull Jinhsi S0R1, followed by Shorekeeper on her rerun in 2.1 phase two. I’m not sure on that last part though, since I also want Zani, so choices might have to be made.

with Verina being a free pull basically Jinhsi is just a too good too braindead character that might be a little out damaged by Carlotta but can be played easily by everyone + Verina is useable for almost any team (she is good for Jinshi cuz coordinated attacks give her free stacks). If it is pure damage i think Carlotta does more but I think people kind need to put some time into playing her, at least more than you need to put on Jinhsi imo. Jinhsi passively dodges a lot by being in air and is easy to play which makes her absolutely braindead while having insanely high damage which makes her at least one of the best if not the best characters in the entire game. If you can not pull both and have Verina I'd go for jhinshi - easy to play with amazing damage even on S0, I clear everything I can with Jinhsi and only use other characters when the game forces me to do. If you have Zhezhi it is even better!

​@amirjamali5775 1. the best way to farm is quests and exploration. 2. you may want to consider zhezhi over jinhsi. Jinhsi without a coordinated attacker on the team does A LOT less dmg (i think sometimes as low as less than 50% but dont quote me). If you have yinlin, it won't be in issue but you should absolutely look into zhezhi.

​@@amirjamali5775astrites are pretty limited. do all your events, quests, overworld exploration, toa, holos. also you can connect your game account to kuro account in game, you get like 50 astrites (do it if you haven't yet). and you can get i think 50 astrites? if you watch twitch videos of wuwa. i personally did it on Saintontas live about wuwa, there an event of something? connect your wuwa account to your twitch. you get in it and after watching for 2 hours you get few astrites (better than nothing). and yes once you lose your 50-50 the next resonator is guaranteed, whether it be in the same banner or next banner

Overall in terms of teams, Jinhsi has the edge there. Carlotta is still pretty strong without Zhezhi but there is a big drop off between her and her next best teammate. Jinhsi was able to find use in Yuanwu who had no niche previously. Still both are pretty strong and I think animations and playstyle are more on the deciding factor for most people anyway. So either is fine and have their own benefits

Untrue, Carlotta in fact is much more versatile and can pretty much be used with anyone. You can slot in yangyang or shanhua and she'll still have the same clear time as Jinhsi with zhezhi or even faster. You can play her as quickswap with changli or another sub or you can even just slot in yinlin and she'll still sweep. Her personal dmg is already huge she just need fast concerto support to do rotation faster with the echo buff

I wud say go for weapon since it's 100% guarantee..And even without zhezhi jinshi can overpower ...And her weapon is unique which gives her skil extra damage about 40% forgot..And jinshis main damage nuke comes from her skill..so weapon is a must.

Carlotta is cheaper for having great f2p weapon while Jinhsi needs her weapon to not lag behind In terms of teams Jinhsi needs to stick with Yuanwu if you dont have her premium support aka Zhezhi which is a big drop off between her best support. While for Carlotta, you want Yangyang or Sanhua as f2p options. They are great doing fast concerto and at S6 will provide 20% atk. Carlotta will still kill anything in 2 rotations with them if you have her properly build and doing around 700k liberation not counting forte which does around 100k and her skills and outro for a rotation and it's even better if you have Zhezhi. You can also pair her with quickswap team like Changli which imo is the most fun

Jinshi s0 isn't even that good, her s1 is the better s1 in the game in therm of s1 improving dmg, with both at s0, even Changli teams have higher dmg than Jinshi teams for example. Jinshi also needs her signature weapon more than the rest of 5stsr characters bc the generic 5 star and most 4 star weapons don't synergize with her.

Technically, carlotta may not really be at her peak yet, there's 3 slots in a team, they could always make a new sustain that has buffs that are more in favor of carlottas kit than current healers. I'm not saying they will for sure, but there's always a higher than 0% chance that they will.
