Any tips for getting off skin?, i was outside cleaning and cutting bur bush i was covered in them and some got to my skin, i took a bath but still feel itchy

No tricks in particular. You could try using baby oil and a comb if you have a lot of hair, but I've always just picked them off from my skin. The itch should go away in time. The little hairs on the burs can get embedded in your skin sometimes, but it's usually just superficial

A good insole to replace the insole in a boot is the Spenco Full-Lenth Orthodotic. This was recommended to me by a podiatrist. It balances your foot if you have pronation. Also it protects the foot from puncture.

I've put the same person in three different size boots before depending on the specific brand and model. Your best bet is to try them on with the socks you plan to wear and see what fits the best.

For a good all-around pick that is lightweight and durable I would look at the Danner Vicious or Keen Detroit. Both of them are available with or without a safety toe. So glad I tried this, had single flower stickers head to toe from pulling weeds and they were stuck to sweatshirt and sweatpants. The worst ever and I was gonna throw them out... This worked great. Socks too.

Awesome video. Fitment of any boot is the key to not having problems with pain blisters or damaged feet. Asp Mountain boots with stiff soles. Comfort and perfect fit is just as important as Quality of the bands materials.

The specific insole might vary from person to person, but some kind of orthotic / arch support is usually the best. Some popular brands are Superfeet and Spenco.
