I think this rebrand turned me dyslexic. I keep reading Mildmay Line as Mildew Line.

here the werribee line is called that because it goes to werribee. the upwey line is called that because it goes to upwey. the frankston line is called that because it goes to frankston. i would not care about the strange names at all if they did not cost as much as they did. is it not possible to just call them where they go because of line splits and stuff,? surely they can just number them like in NYC? they amount they spent is absurd.

It needed a rebrand. But all the colours are mad, and the names are mad too. My Opinion: Windrush is alright as a name because of the famous boat. But the so called 'line' runs on the North London Line, East London Line, South London Line, and Brighton Main Line, on 4 separate routes. Hardly a line. Mildmay sounds like a silly line, being named after a hospital. You could have got away with calling this North London Line that's where the route goes (except a short bit on the West London Line). Its not even the closest one to the Mildmay Hospital. Liberty Line is stupid because its supposed to represent the liberty of the people of Havering, but ANY BOROUGH CAN HAVE LIBERTY, not just that one. What about us in Bexley, still waiting for any sort of decent transport? Weaver Line. Once again is not a line, its three, hence why it was called the Lea Valley Lines. Just a useless change of name. At least call them the Weaver Lines. Lioness Line is the most controversial at it is specifically LionESS. A Lion would typically refer to both genders, where Lioness is just feminine. But its not just the Female English Football team that play in Wembley. Its was supposedly named after the victory the Lioness team had, but are you trying to say that the men have not had a victory?! In terms of individual Lions, and the England football teams, Lions are male, and Lionesses are female, but the general name of the species is Lion, which means the line name is sexist. Adding to this, we have the Suffragette Line, another female name, which is supposedly representing the Suffragette movement, but how is a name alone supposed to do that? And it was already well know as the GOBLIN. Now, we have two green lines at Barking and three purple lines at Liverpool Street. Well done TFL. You could have spent this money on some trains rather than this mess! I'm sorry but I can't watch this..
