This is a quick update about trying to make one of these work with a Mint Mobile SIM in 2024. TL;DR failed. …because I've found no way to change the APN from "vzwinternet" to "Wholesale" and it seems that the device I have - according to its diagnostics - supports only LTE Band 13, which T-Mobile/Mint doesn't support. It should support LTE Band 4, one of the standard bands, but seems not to. I can't find any service manuals detailing how to switch the device to a firmware update mode or something that would otherwise enable using the USB port on top of the motherboard for some firmware dumping. I tried backing up the device config from the admin tool and looking through it for something that I could change. It's Base64 text but decoded, it's just a binary dump unrecognized by 'file' or some other tools I tried (I thought it an NVRAM backup or maybe some kind of pickle file, but I'm guessing it's some kind of just straight memory dump). I'm out of ideas so to the junk pile it goes.

I know it's been 4 years already but i need to ask something i did backup my 128 gb psvita but when i transfer 128gb to 256gb my storage shows that there is no space but there should be free space around 100gb i thing my 128gb backup has some coding that limit the free space do you know how to fix that

can you have games on sd2vita and psvsd at the same time. im curious because i think you can only have ux0 to play games. would you have to swap between the 2 using them as ux0 or do they combine together to make one giant ux0 out of the 2

The ethernet port is a huge draw for this device. I am looking something to provide backup for the internet connection to my business when the ISP goes down. I want to be able to temporarily put my smartphone nanosim card to provide backup to the network when needed. You did not mention the size of the sim card in the video but I noted in above in your description as a Micro Sim card. I trust that is accurate. Accordingly, I will need a plastic shape adapter from nanosim to microsim.

I need help. So I had Sd2vita running with henkaku but I was playing around with the settings in Autoplugin II. I went to the "configure storage manager plugin for sd2vita" and pushed cancel but my system rebooted. Now I lost everything. I don't even have vitashell. How do I get this restored?

Great video thank you. I didnt work on my laptop as I had no recovery options - supoosedly disabled by manufacturer and I could find fix other than reinstalled windows... Also had issue with PC, had all the recovery options available but mouse & keyboard didnt work after reboot - I had to put reciever into USB2 port (not usb3). Hope this helps someone else. sooo, I just deleted the folder without pasting first system.dat outside (which means I also deleted system.dat...). Warning stil appears, but will something else happen, something bad? Should I get system.dat again in place it into the folder? If yes, how?

Got a question, how do i do i update it 8n the recovery menu?

When I try to copy all of those hidden folders over to the sd card it, the transfer window shows up, shows that it's speeding through the transfer in just a few seconds (obviously should take longer) then just closes. Is there some kind of thing stopping the hidden files from being copies? I can see then, but copying all at once over to the sd card isn't working but doing each folder individually is but that will take much much longer to do and require more attention

I have to try this asap. My memory card is slightly defective and wipes itself out sometimes. Having everything on the SD2Vita would be great since I've only used the memory card to install de firmware and vitashell
