Had txi delks for about 10 years .. upgraded to the new txid .. hated every bit of them .. fox rx now , absolutely amazing alarms

Great alarms, i have the V1 txd’s. Feel slightly cheated as spent £500 on them with received just before the presentation boxes came out. Then you bring these out! Hopefully one day you guys offer a mainboard upgrade at a slight cost to bring the V1 up-to v2. Not holding my breath though.

Just do a dial alarm like the TXI plus. But smaller with Bluetooth connection to smartphone and an app. No-one wants this button pressing rubbish.

I made the biggest mistake selling my old txi plus to buy the txi-d v1. The older alarm is 100% a better alarm, SIMPLE to use.

@@joshuapursglove5279 does it light up when you get a run? If so that means you have the LEDs in Day Mode. You need Night Mode for night marking 👍🏻

Very sorry you have a problem. Please return the faulty item(s) directly to us via the Delkim app or website and we will rectify the issue as soon as possible. We do not offer a general service as our products do not require them. They only need returning if they are faulty. If the item is under warranty it will be replaced/repaired FOC. The average cost of an out of warranty repair is £25-30 and all repairs are carried out within 10 working days. @@safugim5526 a drop back is only as good as the weight you have on your hangers. What weights / hangers are you using? How far out are you fishing? What response/beep speed settings are you using?

I like Delkim. .I've used them for last 10 years. But the D series was not a great product so I respect Delkim for trying to improve the quality by developing the V2. However good this new product might be I can't understand why they use a set that looks like it is filmed in someone's shed and by a guy who clearly isn't comfortable in front of a camera. Foe goodness sake Delkim your stuff isn't cheap so please use some of the cash to make a professional film to deliver the product to its full potential .

No other alarm company needed a how to video this long. That should tell you something about the alarms. Far too much going on, too many button presses, holds. You only had to make the txi smaller and multi lights and you would have had the perfect alarm.

Did you get my first live stream message I have the Delkim’s one before the new ones now when you had to connect the alarms to the receiver and had to send the white alarm back to you because the sound went! You send me back the snag ears back instead of the flat back battery case I sent you with the alarm! I but for the first comment on this and the first comment on the live on KZbin I was wondering as a good will you would honour my offer I can send you back my 3 alarms and receiver red white and blue txi d alarms 🚨 would appreciate the opportunity for the upgrade!!

Not at that price mate. I can get three alarms and receiver for £150 and I can programme through an app on my phone. You're losing market because you're greedy, and your techs old hat.
