What a beautiful place, at least when the weather is this good. But this is the last place on earth I'd expect to encounter traffic lights!

@JustFerries
@JustFerries 3 сағат бұрын

Depends. Might have been a suspicious passenger reported after going through Food inspection. I had a similar event last summer. We waited and saw police go up on the boat then come back some time later with a car following.

Ironic that this ferry has just been decommissioned and replaced with an almost older ferry with poorer onboard facilities. The main ferry for Arran the Caledonian Isles is still undergoing repairs for almost a year.

It's so that cars can still get off if the other 2 ramps are out of order, well that's my thinking - but I think that is right.

Such a beautiful litle ferry. This is the kind of ships i love. The ferries I have worked on have had a gross tonnage of between 16-37,000 GT but for me this ferry is much more of a real ship. I hope in the future to see a similar upload on board M/S Ionian Star (ex. M/S Bohus). This is an amazing channel. Thanks for the upload / Adam

Me too, Adam! I really love these kinds of ships as well. There’s something special about a "real" ferry - no flashy cruise vibes, just pure functionality and charm. Thank you so much for your kind words and support!

This whole ship exudes high quality. I remember so well when the public was allowed to go on a tour on board when she lay with the flagpole up at Stadsgårdkajen 1985. Just the sight of her gave me a huge wow effect. At that time she was the biggest ferry in the world.. Together with her 10 cm longer sister M/S Olympia and Siljas M/S Finlandia and M/S Silvia Regina they formed a quartet that was far, far ahead of its time .In addition, many of the survivors of the Estonia disaster are alive today thanks to this ship and its crew who worked on board that night in 1994 ,/ Adam

Long time since I wrote anything. This is my old workplace. A great ship that really doesn't look like she's 40 years old. I worked as a sailor on M/S Svea and spent every night on board up on the bridge between 24.00 and 04.00. Every night I switch to the Finnish flag just when we met another ship that you presented on the channel, M/S Rosella which today is called M/S Anemos. This channel always releases high quality videos. Big kudos to you who work with the channel / Adam, Sweden
