Speaking of the world getting wider in-universe and sam's story possibly leading to him making it back to America, could you imagine a spin-off game where you're Sam trying to find any surviving family members in the united states?

This enlightenment gave me an OC idea. (Grim Reaper or Grave Keeper): Once a young man studying theology to become a ortodox priest, now an older man who travels around the ruins of the old world, praying and burying the bodies in the hope that this can bring a peaceful rest for them.

Here’s a polished version of your comment ready for copy-pasting: “Did you know that Master Mirror (Gaunter O’Dimm) in The Witcher 3: Hearts of Stone speaks a phrase in Georgian during the ending? He says: ‘შენ გგონია, მომიგე? არა…’ which translates to ‘You think you beat me? No…’ It’s fascinating how the developers included such a unique linguistic touch!

Metro Awaken wasn’t quite what I expected. What I loved about Metro Redux and Exodus was the freedom to explore, seeing how people survived those harsh times, and feeling like an unstoppable soldier with that "main character shield." But in Metro Awaken, the focus shifted too much toward dramatic, horror moments, repeating them so often that they lost their impact. It became boring to the point where I don’t feel like playing any more Metro games. The series’ charm was always in the balance between exploration and storytelling, and without that, it just doesn’t feel the same.

There is an interesting tidbit of info though... for the paranormal, there is a tie directly to pre-war experimentation with bioweapons, telepathy and all out psionic/psychoactive/hallucinogenic means of warfare... There is quite a lot of evidence that Metro's Russia was dabling in creating these weapons pre-war (Dark Ones, the chemical plant at Volga in Exodus and their bioweapon that mutated animals to be monstrously large, blind telepathic apes/dark ones' prototypes in Novosibirsk), and it could be suspected this research was one of the reasons for all-out armageddon. And there is a strong suspicion that at least some of Moscow's psychic dangers (Hungry Souls on Red Square in Last Light and the psychic lure of Devouring Mass under Kremlin in 2033 book - the Red Star) are a direct result of USA or some other NATO nation dropping some experimental non-nuclear psychoactive (and possibly biological and/or chemical, non-explosive) WMD on the Moscow's city centre... in 2033 book it was allegedly done to preserve heritage sites like Kremlin while penetrating the network of bunkers underneath, bunkers that are both directly and indirectly connected to Moscow Metro. So in theory this psychoactive weapon could be still seeping into the entirety of the tunnel network.

Watching this video really does give more importance to the ending in Metro Exodus. For they had finally escaped the metro, not just physically, but their souls as well.

I have a suggestion for a video for metro, what about doing a lore video on the spiderbugs (the large insects that die when light is shined on them). The lore on them is pretty cool with there bine a part in one of the game where you go through medieval tunnels underneath the metro that is say that when the diggers from the medieval area were singing them they found tunnels that where all ready dug down there. An we know as the player going through this area that the spiderbugs dug those tunnels. This tell us that the spiderbugs have bine around long before the metro ever existed which is very creepy and fascinating which I think would make a good video for you to make

In Fallout 3 I think the Enclave are the real good guys. They aren't actually that evil. Now their figure head is mad but we don't really see that his ideology is shared by Autumn which makes me think that they are likely not the same as the ones we see in Fallout 2 the computer leader clearly is but the rest aren't & likely are better than the better than you know Lyons brotherhood. But alas fallout 3 only has 1 ending & that's help brotherhood. No option to play the opposite side just you can betray them at the end. stupid. Fallout NV doesn't really have the Enclave just a few old people of it.

For me the visions in the dead city of novosibirsk were fascinating in the way that they led artyom to the the institute and to the cure aswell also when miller picks artyom up he mentions that he dosen't know how he was able to find him many people have vrought up the fact that maybe the dark ones were behind the vision but i like to believe that it was the blind ones if you pay attention every vision leads you closer to a blind one from the first vision right after you see anna and go into the metro exit right at the end of the hall you see a blind one and hear him seemingly luring you in same goes for the visions outside which lead you directly to the institute and while in the institute after each vision of anna you encounter a blind one i also believe miller finding artyom was just the blind ones luring him to the institute and the luck of him seeing artyom outside but there are two points the first one is colonel Khlebnikov didn't see any visions but heard them and the stalker from the institute with the voice recording didn't mention any voices at all and my theory is just exposure artyom and miller hadn't encountered the blind ones so they were vulnerable to the telepathic attacks of the blind ones ( which obviously is way less powerful then the dark ones ) Khlebnikov while not being a seasoned stalker which frequently ventured in to the instute or the satcom was still in enough of a close proximity to experience it and get used to the effects and for his brain to adapt and nullify the attack as for the stalker he was probably a seasoned stalker that ventured into the institute a lot as by his voice recoding claiming that they have cleaned out all the storages he probably experienced the voices from afar shrugged them of as radiation helucention and his mind developed some resistance to it I mean i could be completely wrong but just the thought of blind ones using the visions of your loved ones and the guilt you carry to lure you in to their den is chilling for me

The vortex doesn’t seem bad. In metro if you die you’ll be eternally stuck in a death cycle. The vortex just cease all of the existence of a person. To me this sounds like a peaceful escape from the metro harsh reality
@WiseFishКүн бұрын
To be fair I don’t think I explained it fully. Yes you’re fully dead but the vortex is a black hole of screaming souls. Essentially a mix of the darkness mixed with the damned souls. Think all there is left of you is just pain ultimately

I am making this comment before I even watch the video but as a kid Metro and the paranormal with the inclusion of the dark ones always fascinated me as a kid and I really wish the last metro game included more of that. It’s one of the most intriguing, bits of lore never truly explained in gaming
