Grana padano don't have the same taste than Parmigiano reggiano! It is the same type of cheese but not the same. But yes it is very close and more close than peccorino Romana or I don't know

I was in florence mid november and managed to find an All'antico Vinaio in which i only had to wait for 5 minutes because they were preparing the bread, it was great and one of the people at the bar was talking with brazilians and talking about his love of the country as we waited, as a Brazilian this was a great experience.

Gotta love how the US bans traditional cheeses using only natural ingredients, but then allows for the most ultra processed, almost plastic-like ingredients to be put into literally everything.

Nah, people who actually care about cooking efficiently and effectively will still use nonstick for plenty of things. Getting eggs to not stick on stainless is time consuming and limiting since you have to always preheat the pan to the same temperature range. If it was this simple and easy, professional kitchens wouldn’t routinely use nonstick. And I don’t want to hear about “muh environment” from someone buying ultimately landfill products to produce KZbin videos.

I still don’t understand… what are you suppose to eat on an artichoke? This is a legitimate question. I once saw a recipe that said you were suppose to peel off the green petals and suck on the ends.

Well, yes, there is a trick. Wear contact lenses and you don´t cry. Don´t ask me about the mechanics behind it, but with lenses in I never cry while cutting onions.

MSG allergy is real. There was avery serious research done on that some years ago in The Netherlands (Keuringsdienst van Waarde, docu/consumer protection) That said, I myself do eat MSG, just not in its "salt" form.
