Use a drimmel to sand grout lines fast easy

A quick fix for the grouting which you might like to try; make up a thick wash of paint in the grout colour you want. ( like 3/4 paint to 1/4 water). Paint it on to the grout channels. Don't worry about being neat. Keep a damp cloth with you to wipe off excess paint from the tiles as you go, without taking it off the grout lines. Let it dry and it should stay in place for a few years as the grout is usually slightly below the tile surface. There's nothing to lose ie it may save you a long job of chiseling old grout out, and if you do not like it, you can just go ahead and chisel the grout out anyway. But this might be a good quick fix for a few years while you do more urgent things.

Glad to see you are feeling better! I love the dogs! You are really a hard working man giving the house so much love. It is heart breaking to see the LA fires. I have cried many times watching the people lose everything and still have to pay their mortgages and taxes and have nothing and how in the world will insurance companies pay all the claims. So sad.
