At the conclusion of each annual workshop, I share a tai chi demonstration. At this workshop in Portland Oregon, I shared my Tai Chi Journey. It was to have Carissa Coffindaffer singing two great songs that resonance with my tai chi. Her beautiful voice and music enhance the inner energy of my tai chi.
