@ Oats can be problematic due to their natural defense chemicals and potential glyphosate contamination. Even soaking oats may not entirely eliminate these issues, and they can still cause blood sugar spikes.(also fiber isn’t necessary) To align with our biology and ancestral diet, consider focusing on,Fatty meats, Nose-to-tail eating, incorporating organ meats and other nutrient-dense tissues. Seasonal fruits, consumed in moderation and when naturally available This approach can help minimize exposure to inflammatory foods, defense chemicals, and pesticides, promoting a more balanced and biologically consistent diet. Lots of people have trouble digesting oats and don’t even know or realize it. You wouldn’t get the proper nutrients out of the oats , due to not digesting them correctly.
@ProperHumanDiet1012 ай бұрын

Blood group diet will lead people to avoid certain food, ethic perspective will lead to avoid animal products... If somebody don't want to eat animal product, encouraging to get rid of cereals, seeds, legumes and nuts is asking them to die or to fast for ever. I grew up eating all organic and whole foods. Any snacks were homemade deserts. There was no premade foods in our house. No cheese slices, no hotdogs no bagged snacks or packaged anything. We hunted and fished. Lots of venison and moose. Ate fresh sardines and trout all my life. I am diagnosed ASD/ADHD. I have serious bowel issues resulting in 6 operations eventually having an inch cut out. This started in my teens, last surgery at 38. I have so many autoimmune disorders I’ve lost count. Now in mid life I have colitis. 2 episodes so far, MRI showing my liver is all scarred ( I don’t drink ) and another colonoscopy booked ( this will be my 10th 😢) BUT despite all this woth my swollen joints and inflammed intestines I keep my chin high and spirits positive. I became an athlete. I travelled the world and have lived an enriched life. No way was I going to stay sick in bed. Even when I had a huge open granular wound after surgery that needed daily changing and packing for 3 weeks, I was up doing everything I could to include swimming in the ocean. So what you are saying ISNT always true. I do agree with no packaged or premade foods, as I raised my kids the same, but both are adhd, one with autistic traits ( I’m the only diagnosed ASD) and both have bad eczema despite only eating healthy. I didn’t even give my kids any juice. Never bought it. So it’s not always our food. A lot is genetic too.

These chemicals and fake ingredients do not taste good. They ARE more addictive. But that doesn't mean they taste good. The EU has only 400 approved additives. I gave up all processed foods a year ago. When I go to the store, its fruit and veggies. I also check to see where they come from. Additionally, I cook daily, bake my own bakery items such as a broad variety of breads, cookies, grissini, rolls of all sorts, as I have control over the ingredients.
