Gin and tonic is NOT sufficient to shield against malaria. There is not enough quinine in tonic water to shield against the malaria parasite. Malarone (atovaquone and proguanil) is an excellent prophylaxis against malaria.

It seems it was a fatal mistake for him to stop his medications. Proper use of pharmaceuticals extends life. Get a Goodman and Gilman's. Read it. Follow your doctor's advice. Get a second opinion as well. Keep up with the medical literature for any conditions that one suffers from.

Taking medication for something that can be solved by eating real food and exercise. I would advise against it. Most expats have enough time to exercise and eat properly.

My condolences to Jen and family.been a fan for years. In hindsight watching this video does anyone think marks face is showing signs of stroke. Eye seems out of sinc and mouth and or cheek droopy.maybe this observation could help somone. Use t his video as a warning signs

Shed a few tears when heard of his passing Have watched many of his videos I met my now wife 3 yrs ago on Cupid After 3 weeks on FaceTime visited her there 2weeks Altogether I visited her on 3 occasions and she also visited me here Sydney 2 times then accompanied me home I my 3rd visit We became husband and wife 3weeks later and she will eventually become an Australian citizen I have never had it so good Vale Mark. 😢

Keep taking your medication every one if you suffer from hypertension heart issues don’t think im better now my BP is great, think it’s the medication that keeps your hypertension in control if you stop stroke or heart attacks will follow it happen to me.
