I have been watching Olga for years! She’s been a huge blessing in my life. Started watching her videos after a hip surgery during high school in 2014, and I couldn’t afford PT. What an absolute angel to put out such high quality content for free. Doing a 30 day challenge with my partner right now and we are doing yoga with Olga everyday!

SO CREATIVE and effective thank you! When I was working with brain change in memory care these kind of movements made nice change plus they got moving and seemed to be clear headed afterwords :) Spot on! also the action of wiping a taple, sweeping a broom
