Thank you Olga, for this helpfull yogaclass. I do the breath exercise often now, when I get 'overwhelmed', in bed or on the sofa or standing in the garden or in the woods! It feels good!

Very well designed. I loved this practice and it did challenge my balance even with the help of the chair. It was also a great strengthener for my legs. Thank you. You are so creative with the poses. I love trying out your sessions and I do incorporate them into my own practice sessions.

Just a lovely class! I am currently teaching a 6-8 week session, introducing my clients to shoulder stand, crow and headstand. They are quite new to yoga so we are going slowly and not everyone will be able to finalize all the postures- which is just fine! I did your class for myself and got some great ideas. I will also share with my students so they can practice between classes if they choose. Thank you!
