Hi there - great video. I’m wondering how you get your mixture to not stick to the moon press mold? I have tried adjusting the oil mixture but I find the only thing that works is to sprinkle some baking soda in the mold on the first go. The only problem with that is the tops of the bath bomb are a little whitish as I do not use colour.
@elainewright97503 жыл бұрын
You shouldn't have a problem with getting soap out of a mold. More baking soda may help, not oil. Good luck.

how much mica did you add to get it so nice and red(raspberry)
@elainewright97503 жыл бұрын
I'm sorry but I can not answer your question. I have not made soap for a number of years and can't remember. I do believe I used a bit of activated charcoal in with a red color to get this dark color. You can make other colors by mixing them together.

Why did the soap batter not freeze although you were so slow, I did not understand. My soap batter freezes within 5 minutes. I use sodiumlactate. Is that the reason?
@Tamer877123 жыл бұрын
I think there is to much black. Black is dark and dominant color. I liked this, anyway. Cong.
@elainewright97503 жыл бұрын
The black is activated charcoal. It has benafits for the skin.
