Could never understand why Torquing point didn't immediately take off especially with the huge cross section of followers you have on your own channels 🤔 Do well 👌👍

Very nice Mucker. But we used to pull a 3 metre Sumo Trio with a Hew Holland TM 165 on Warwickshire Clay………..that they make cement out of!
@torquingpoint50575 күн бұрын
Had we of known, we could have hooked up your Sumo and TM and dragged it across the field in 2wD and at 50k... (Truth is we grabbed the Sumo out of the shed as it was the closest thing to hand and our biggest issue was not going too fast !)

The only thing I'd be worried about with the display isn't the catching it with a sleeve it would be snapping it when Gem trips me up to puff herself up and growl at her nemesis from around the lane (a Jack Russell terrier) as she would jump out for that, the massive Great Dane that used to live in the area who thought our BC was nuts she would be more likely to jump in the tractor, close the door and then go nuts.

I once had a collie that decided to stand up and shove his head through the steering wheel as I was going down the bypass...
@SlipShodBob5 күн бұрын
@@torquingpoint5057 🤦🏻♂️ thankfully not had that, have spent several hours with cramp after multiple trips in our old transit where I got the middle seat with one collie in the driver's doorwell that tripped my dad (the driver) up a couple of times and the mother splurged in the passenger footwell leaving me having to hold my feet up for the journeys while twisted sideways to avoid the gearstick while the other passenger grumbled but given the banks by the TV transmitter near Dover the dogs earned their spots especially as Jess was the one to do most of the work.

WTF would anybody want any other brand of Tractor? Made in the U.K. too!
@PeterTheTyke8 күн бұрын
They had to change the engine on the P51 mustang to make any good.
@torquingpoint50578 күн бұрын
Not strictly true. The original P-51 had the V12 Allison engine and was very capable but started to run out of power above 20,000 feet. As the war was progressing and changing fast, higher level interceptors and bombers appeared and so the need for a more suitable engine meant the Merlin would suit the new requirements. The Allison continued to be used in the A-36 Apache ground attack version of the P-51.

Stop switch is a great idea but it should be the biggest button there, similar to the standard big red emergency stop buttons

Completely agree.

Could not agree more should be a whacking big red thing that is obviously an emergengy stop

Hi mucker may I ask a question?? Once you add a new implement does the tractor download the information or reads the information from a on board chip ??
@torquingpoint50578 күн бұрын
It stores the info, yes.

We run a New Holland braud 9060l,in vineyard s in Kent, such a versatile machine,as we can remove the harvesting unit and fit a four row berthoud sprayer unit for the summer we have also purchased a compost spreader unit which can do 1 or 3 rows or set up for broadcast spreading,it will spread fert as well.we can also add other attachments,post knocker,pre pruners etc, save s a lot on labour costs.👍

Grape farming is a whole different animal. My family farm is in the heart of The Finger Lake Region, Hammondsport, New York. Dairy farms disappear yearly in favor of grapes. Its delicious and great for tourist economy. Grape seed oil is a great byproduct also.🍇🍇🍇🍇 Good episode ✌️👍🇺🇲

That’s a cracking little machine! Taking what is a fairly skilled job, to process, clean and then tank it is impressive. It’d be interesting to see how the pruning is done. I’ve spent many years pruning by hand but not by machine (well, apart from chainsaws 😆)
